    Back in April 2025 we paid this man to fix a leak in our roof and to put siding on our house. Throughout the course of the months we began having more problems. He 'fixed' the leak several times and never got it fixed properly. We suddenly needed to drywall our whole mud room, and redo our front roof. We had a leak in our bathroom as well and wanted to replace it with a stand up shower. He added it into the invoice which was almost up to ************************************************ full for the entire invoice. Here we are in the end of September and there is no siding on my house, the shingles he put on our roof are put on backwards. the bathroom was never done. He continuously gave me times and dates he would show up to do it. He no called no showed over 20 times. He always had an excuse for not getting the job done. I ended our contract and requested the money back three weeks ago. He has not responded or given us the money back for the work that is not done. This man is truly horrible he needs to stop stealing money and doing jobs he can't do.

    As I sit and read this all I can do is shake my head. Th is a case of the customer not getting what they want when they wanted. Ill give you a quick explanation on this whole thing.  A lady ***** worked with gave her my name,this lady rents off a very good customer of mine that I do a lot of work for. This is the same lady that says she will right something for ******.i installed a hot water tank in there house they were very thankful. They called again while I was on vacation they had an issue with a water line leaking I talked them through it at 10pm for about 20 minutes but Im such a horrible guy. She asked me to fix that as well. So around March she calls again and tells me they have insurance claim and they have a bunch of things that need done and was worried they wouldnt get enough to fix everything. They gave me the pitch that they didnt have money. I said listen I will work with you if you dont get enough will figure it out you can make payments or whatever. So she had porch roof that was leaking badly ,that someone else looked at prior to me. I told her up front roofs are funny Ill do my best. Well it leaked again. I said check with your insurance you have a claim the gutter is leaking right above it as well. So me and my helper goes down to there house which is about ***** min from me. We were told the insurance adjuster canceled on them and we couldnt do anything until the insurance looked at it. I figure instead of a water trip I checked the roof again found a ton of rotted wood and holes patched for them and told them the roof needs replaced. That ask if I could come back the next day and talk to there adjuster for them show the adjuster what all was wrong so I said ok.  Went back down the next day.  Was told the adjuster wouldnt be there till 2 I said ok another trip. So we came back I talked to the adjuster as **** the husband was working on his car. It was wet the adjuster told me she didnt want to get on the roof I said I can do it and take pics she said she would have to come back. So I said we have to at least tarp the roof.  So we came down a third day. Tarred the roof. Was told the very next day to take it off so the adjuster could see. So come down took it off to get a call to put it back on it was told not to touch anything on the house till insurance gave her the ok. So several weeks went by before I could do anything. I would message to check in,she was understandable up set that her roof was leaking and she wasnt getting help from the insurance. So I said as long as u are patient I will do all your work and u wont have to pay any out of pocket money.  So 6 weeks or so went by. I fixed there roof installed new shingles 3 dimensional will add pics. And she asked me start the walls where it was moldy and water damaged. I said could u get a dumpster for us. She called me back said it was two expensive so I brought my dump trailer to pick up. So I stripped all the walls this is Tuesday picked up the debris they asked me if they could throw debris in I said sure even helped ****.  We were ready for drywall was told we could do it then was told there going away wait till they get back. In contracting time is everything. So 3 days passed no work and then my excuse is a messed my shoulder up and couldnt be done there on Monday when they got back. So she was upset text me message me everyday I said as soon as my shoulder is better Ill get your room dry walled. She was happy but said ok.  Then she sent me a big long text asking if I was mad at her. She was concerned I wasnt going to finish. I said not mad I will get done I said be patient. So I finished drywall and mud on a Thursday she wanted to paint on Saturday I didnt even sand once yet there was no way it could or would be ready. So she was upset about that but from here on its all rush. I got to ****** of mud still think it needed one more but she was adamant about painting. I said before u do understand theses walls are horrible under the drywall they are not straight I told u from the start for the price I gave there not going to be perfect.  I said but until u get something on them primer or pva u wont be able to see trouble areas. I said make sure I prime and what ever bad spots I have Ill fix.  This room I took down all the dated Brocken paneling put up all new drywall. I prepped all the siding on the lower section and removed the Brocken siding to repair for new. Then the shower she talks about.  She asked me if I could get it in on the insurance payout so they had no out of pocket money to pay and I did just said I got to be patient. I told her I really want to help her and fix her issues. But she cant demand things when we had a plan in place. She had her father in law leave me a message that wasnt nice. I was always nice to this kids all I wanted want to do is help. U

    This is ***** *****. I'm not sure what to do with the next steps. He's lying and posting that when I have messages that say otherwise. He never showed up to finish the jobs. He would ghost me and not show up. I just want our money back so I can get the jobs done properly.

    All I can tell you is a dealt with these guys for months.  My helper will tell you the same thing.  I have nothing to lie about. They wasted at least 6 weeks of my time.  Then I told them to be patient. I tried to help them fit in everything they wanted done.  Even one point she asked me if there was any way that I could make it cheap enough for them to get insurance money back. I ran down there numerous times to work with there agent put tarps on take tarps off.  I have never had anyone complain about me. She lied about her friend that gave her my name and I still work for the owner. I did as much free work as possible until there demands came u need to be here u need to do this u need to do that.  I told them everything would get done but it’s when I can get to it. 6 weeks I was put off from working then they wanted everything at once. No one in there right mind can work on a schedule like that. I still would do what ever they need done.  As far as putting shingles on up side down I must laugh there agent stopped dealing with them on what needed done and she dealt directly with me at the end.  Got to the point they wanted a claim on everything after I got them to pay for a whole drywall room. These folks are absolutely ridiculous. I was at there beck and call for 6 weeks. Come leave come leave.nothing was ready. I’m not sure in my STATEMENT I LIED ABOUT.  I stated all fakes touch base with there insurance they will give the same statement. Because they were giving the insurance such a hard times the company changed there agents. I have been doing this for a long time never have I had a issue. These folks told me how grateful they were how glad they were to find me. Until there was a issue with dates and times it wasn’t always what they wanted.  They didn’t get the response they wanted on this so they sent a rebuttal. Same with there insurance same with me.  Never is enough then to say I lied.

    The constant excuses and taking money without doing the work is theft.

    Everything he's saying is irrelevant, not true, and he's trying to cover himself by bringing up pointless lies. He still did not do the work and took money. Canceled on me which I have in writing over 20 times within 6 months. He put our roof shingles on backwards. Clearly he doesn't know what he is talking about.

    As I told this customer over and over and 6 weeks prior to be able to work on this property. The only time and labor she is worrying about is hers.  My time and labor she has no respect for. I am more than glad to do what ever needs fixed or done.  Shingles are not upside down there 3 dimensional they can only go one way.   The hole roof  was replaced and does not leak I didn’t put so much for these folks I scooped 3 garbage bags of mold out of there ceiling so they didn’t have that over there head.  I never billed them a single dime or a single Penney for all the wasted trips to there house. And what I said prior has everything to do with it. It shows how they act when something doesn’t go there way.

    So I would be real worried if the contractor said the shingles are on upside down.  I took my picture I have of it and showed the owner of champion roofing which is one of the biggest roofing companies around here.  He concurs there is nothing wrong with them. Also if they were upside down they would leak.  As far as the drywall I took nasty paneling out of the entire room and put drywall up on every wall I told ***** the walls were not even to start with. I also told her since she rushed the whole time non stop texts.  She knew the arrangement I would get everything done for the price I gave her. As far as her friends letter that I did the same thing too as she says. She is the customer that recommended me. I still do work for the owner of the house where the friend lives and other properties she owns. So all my wasted. Time I have on this job. And calls I took well I was on vacation trying to help her out.  I will revisit all of this.  All the trips time and fuel. I have went down cut all the falling siding off put up tarps take down tarps wasted days waiting all day because I could not start. For the deal I gave them I asked for a dumpster I had to bring my own now I will charge for that as well. And the extra rubbish I let them throw in there. Once I have a new bill for the material I bought my trips down my time my fuel I will settle up when my invoice is complete as well as the cancellation of the job fees.
