    I was over charged at dragon con on Aug 29th. I have send several emails with no reply, contacted through square and through their website. with no response to any

    I am writing to confirm that the concern filed by customer ***** **** has been fully resolved to the consumers satisfaction.

    Resolution Summary
    October 22, 2025:
    A full refund of $88.92 was issued via Square to Ms. ***** original payment method (MasterCard ending 1667).
    The refund covered the entire amount of the original purchase, which included a Dragon Con mug, M22 lid, straw, and bundle deal.
    The refund receipt is attached for verification (***** **** Refund in Square Processing.png).
    The refund was processed the same day and notification was sent automatically via email through Squares system.
    October 23, 2025:
    I sent Ms. **** a direct follow-up email confirming the refund and apologizing for the inconvenience (Refund Notification + Apology Email Wild Bills ***** ****.pdf).
    October 24, 2025:
    A courtesy care package was shipped to Ms. **** as a goodwill gesture, which included complimentary Wild Bills merchandise and products (***** **** Care Package Order Courtesy Product.pdf).

    Current Status
    The consumer has been fully refunded, notified via email, and provided with additional complimentary items as a gesture of good faith. No further issues have been reported or are anticipated.
