  Green Eco Solutions delivered exactly what they promised — a job without glitches. I had bad experiences with other companies and explained my concerns upfront. They put me at ease from start to finish. The installation was seamless — drop cloths protected every area, the crew wiped every window clean before leaving, and the entire process was stress-free.
  
  Even after the job was complete and paid for, they returned a week later through their Ambassador program, checked every window again, and surprised me with a gift basket. That level of follow-up is rare.
  
  I couldn’t be happier with my new windows and highly recommend Green Eco Solutions to anyone looking for a company that truly stands behind its work.

  They installed a show tub conversion for use and the products they show us of what we were getting is not what they installed. A real bait and switch. The drain pan, walls, seat and the hand held show is nothing like what the sales person showed us on what we were to get. The shower door frame came with a dent hoping we wouldn't notice it and instead of taking one day that four of their employees all told use it should of taken it took two full days. They got glue on our sink and vanity along wit glue on the floor which wasn't cleaned up. While removing the walls and tub the bathroom door was opened at least have of the time creating dust in our bedroom.

  First, I want to clarify that there was no bait and switch. The products installed in your home are the exact system you contracted for, though sometimes variations in display models versus installed units can create different impressions.
  Regarding the installation process, while our teams always aim to complete projects in a single day, unexpected conditions can occasionally extend the timeline. In your case, additional work was required to ensure the project was finished properly.
  As for the dust and glue you mentioned, our crews did perform cleanup upon completion. However, every construction projectespecially one involving demolitiondoes create some dust despite our best efforts. That said, well continue to remind our teams to minimize and double-check cleanup to avoid inconveniences.

  The installation process was seamless and efficient. The crew arrived on time, worked diligently, recycled the old windows and packaging materials, which speaks volumes about their commitment to minimizing waste and conserving natural resources.Throughout the project, the Green Eco Solution team was always happy to answer my questions about the environmental impact and performance of the products.Since the installation, I have noticed an indoor air quality improvement, as the new windows help keep out dust and allergens.   Please what Ever you Do do not Ever allow this company do any work in your home if you want a peace of mind.. there rude and theyre not responsible enough to get back to you and would say anything to regardless avoid the warranty.. they even went to as far as claiming that I drop a weight in the tub..please if you want to not have any headaches do not have any work done..

  Were sorry to hear about your frustration. After reviewing your case, the damage to the tub was not caused by a product or installation defect. It appears something was dropped into the tub, which cracked it, and cement was later used in an attempt to repair the damage. Unfortunately, this type of alteration voids the manufacturer and labor warranty, so we are unable to provide a warranty repair.
  We always want our customers to be satisfied and encourage you to contact us directly if youd like us to provide options for repair or replacement outside of warranty coverage.

  I loved the job they did on my windows and I recommend them to everyone. I'm so pleased I have them coming back to do my big bay window. They are very nice, super professional and work fast to get the job done in the right way. I'm happy to be doing business with them again.
