            I hired Schuler for multiple projects in my home, one being the installation of a laundry room drain pan. On 11/20/19 final payment was made, $4862 of which I was told by the office manager, ***** ***********, was the cost of the laundry room drain pan/labor. Emails over issues pursued into 2020. Though they've tried to tend to issues, the real problem is the drain pan that they chose to install is the wrong size. They should've chosen a narrower, oblong pan for the space, not a square one, with an accessible trap opening. The men who delivered my washer stated that there was a lot of pressure on the hoses behind the washing machine. When the trap dries out & sewage odor results, the 200 lb machine needs to be moved forward to fill the trap. I had to get creative & now fill the trap with an enema bag. Because the pan is too wide, my dryer now sits on 2 x 4s, feet resting inside 4 drilled holes. I'm having problems with my dryer door now, & this setup will be costly to fix.
