      I contracted the services of ******** Moving to pack and transport my belongings from ************* ** to *********** ** on July 25/26th 2024. The last day of packing the movers missed several items in the kitchen that my daughters and I discovered. One of the packers, ****** proceeded to pack that box in our presence. As we left the house in p***eration to leave the ********************************** was completely full and the doors were closed. We did not see where or how that box was loaded/transported. Upon arrival at the new address it was discovered within the 1st day that this box could not be located. It included all of our kitchen silverware that we use on a daily basis, We spent several days emptying boxes trying to locate the one in question. We contacted ******** to inquire about the box and was simply told that it was unloaded. We spent the next couple of weeks unloading every single box in the house which number in excess of 50 (large house and a completely full tractor trailer moving van). We were unsuccessful locating the box or the missing content. As mentioned I do not believe this box made it on the trailer as it was completly full to the very end with the doors closed. My hot tub was at the very end from side to side with stuff stacked on top. They might have placed the box in underneath storage or placed it in one of the seperate vehicles they had at the origination site and drove the destination. All I know is that it did not arrive at the final destination. As I mentioned to Mr ****** the shipping manager and claims ***resentative, the items listed on the claim are mostly small items and certainly are not scam worthy. I purchased additional insurance to protect our belongings during the move. I was required to submit a claim withing 90 days and I submitted the attached claim form on October 6th, 2024. I would gladly allow ********* or their *** to search our residence top to bottom, those items did not arrive. Thank you.

      The issue has been resolved with the company. They agreed to cover the lost items. Is it possible to remove this complaint or is it just marked as resolved? thanks.
