    On Saturday September 14th 2024 I ordered door to door service from ** to ************. We left NY at 8:10 pm and arrived in ********* at approximately at 9:32 the driver drove 96 miles per hour. I know this, because I had also put on my GPS to check how long it would take us to get there and check for any delays. Somewhere in ************ we caught the flat the driver got out to check the tires and still decided to drive pass the toll into the *********** in *********. The driver then proceeded to put air in the blown tire which caused it to bubble. I had called the company to complain about the drivers erratic driving and the cause (which was the blown tire) the dispatcher had an attitude and was yelling asking me "what I wanted her to do"?. She then proceeds to tell me AAA would be about 4 hours and that was too long so they had someone in route to change the tire. However, after the hour had passed the passengers began trying to help the driver and still no one has come to pick us up and continue to take us to our destinations. The driver laughed and cleaned his hands as the men passengers tried to get a **** under and take off the wheel so they got mad and said for him to do it because he was standing there looking pretty and not helping. Once again several of us passengers tried to call the company for another van to come out or refund us back, and they refused to answer any of our calls. At one point they did answer the driver but said they were not going to answer us back! We paid $80.00 on Cashapp to get home to this company, and we did try to dispute the charge, but the company said we lied. I am baffled that I even have to go through this over $80, and having to pay another $35.00 for an **** home. I could have died with this careless driver doing 96 mph. I was given attitude instead of an apology and a resolution, I sat for 1 hr & 20 mins before deciding to take an **** the rest of the way home. This is unacceptable and the company's behavior very rude!

    i want to once again express my apologies. Calls  did come in and we expressed we were resolving the situation  sooner than the AAA would. The passenger became irate as the recovery was not instantly .I stated i  have another driver in route to pick everyone up. She was overtalking me as well using foul language and threatened me and demanded said " I will get my money back one way or another you just wait".  i  indicated i  will get her to  her location as soon as possible  so there is no  need for  refund.Our  concern was was passengers safety.  As any vehicle can get a flat tire we resolved issue as promptly as possible. Unfortunately it  was not to  our passengers  satisfaction.She choose to get an Uber after i advised her  another vehicle  is almost there. With the gross manner this passenger behaved there was no reasoning with her. This inconvenience can happen with any transportation and we are sorry.

    Thank you for the opportunity of being able to respond. First I would like to say that I am baffled that the company would lie and say I became irate, because that never happened. The first call I made about the situation was to complain about the driver speeding and getting a flat that caused us to be stranded. I was told AAA was in route and that they were trying to get someone to fix the tire. However the dispatcher was already upset with an attitude due to the volume of calls ahe had received. When I tried to call back noone answered the phones and I had to find another way home buy paying an uber!
