Gregg Brader Renovations provided a proposal to renovate our kitchen. Gregg recommended ********* cabinets. Multiple cabinet doors had to be replaced due to damage upon arrival delaying the project. Most of the work was completed. However, some was not. The door to laundry room was not provided or installed; gaps between trim and wall were not scribed or caulked. One set of cabinet doors is too close to the partition so the door rubs against it removing cabinet finish. There should have been a spacer. The wall behind the refrigerator was not painted. Corner cabinet door is too close to range hood vent creating possible fire hazard or damage. When asked if we need code inspection, he advised we did not. The kitchen sink trap broke apart and flooded under the cabinet. We had a professional plumber come to repair it. Foyer entrance transition strip to kitchen isn't properly secured to the floor. Crown molding is not seated correctly against the wall at several areas. Replace cabinet door that was damaged. Note, we paid in full prior to completion and also included a $220 bonus. Total paid was $45,880. Quote was $45,660. He then went missing for 2 weeks and when he finally replied, he told us he was too busy to finish the job.The amount we're disputing listed below will be determined upon alternate contractor quotes for repairs and/or replacements.

Here is a copy of the quote Mr ****** received.Everything was completed
except for the laundry room door.I made arrangements twice to install
and he canceled both times. If he wasn't happy with my work why would
he pay me in full and give me a bonus. Two weeks after the cabinets were
ordered he changed the layout and it delayed everything 4 weeks. He was
told i had many other jobs to get to.I worked many late days and weekends
to keep the project moving.I also did many extra things that i did not get
    paid for.
