    I was introduced to **** Liedke by my realtor ***** ***** from the *** ******** Team. ***** recommended **** for a few jobs that needed to be done in the house we recently purchased at 176 ******** driver. Work included: painting the whole inside of the house, install insulation, new doors, flooring and paint the sunroom and stabilize the deck. **** sent me an estimate and requested a deposit of 3900, which I paid via Venmo. **** then performed work in the sunroom and deck and requested 2805 saying that the job outside was basically completed, barring a few details. I sent this money to him on 10/24 and went to check on the work on 10/26. The work was not completed and what was done was of poor quality: - One of the storm doors did not have the stopper or the lock installed so the sunroom was open to the elements. I had to contact an emergency handyman on Sunday 10/26 to come and fix it so that further damage would not occur.- The paint job in the sunroom is extremely poorly done, with paint splashes over the ceiling fan, the floors and the windows and will have to be redone completely - The insulation under the deck is half filled in and there are cracks in the panel siding. Two professional contractors came to examine it and said it has to be redone completely - **** did not buy enough floor for the sunroom and ended up putting a thick piece of wood to cover for missing flooring - **** did not reinstall the downspouts after removing them - **** did not clean up the property from construction debris and left my house completely covered in dust - **** never performed a substantial amount of work we paid for, among which install light fixtures, bathroom fan and paint the whole interior of the house.- **** has stopped responding to my calls and my texts and has not returned to the property since 10/23 I ask that **** returns the money for the work he did not perform and for the work that he performed so poorly so that I can hire a different professional to fix it
