    If you are looking for a dumpster, do NOT go with redbox+ Dumpsters in the Lehigh Valley.We ordered a 20 cubic yard dumpster for 5/13 for $475 (original price $495 -$20 online order discount). The dumpster arrived on the day scheduled 5/16 and was picked up on the day scheduled 5/20, aside from that... Not a good experience. I would not recommend, there is false advertising and information shared, plus terrible customer service.They delivered a dumpster with a portajohn (which was locked-so it was not used), and which we did not need or order - because the size of the portajohn is taken out of the overall dumpster size.The dumpster had trash still in it when delivered. When we measured the outside of the actual dumpster portion, it measured roughly 17 by 4 by 7 (if we were generous) = <18 cubic yards. I reached out to customer service via text on 5/18. They offered $20 back. The difference between the 15 yd and the 20 yard was $75-$100. I asked for $40-50 refund, because now I couldn't fit in it what I had hoped and had to figure something else out after going through the effort to get this delivered.They ignored my request. I asked for a manager to call me, they ignored that as well.I waited a few weeks with no communication and reached out again on 6/2. Now, they said my weight was over by .1 (they never communicated this?) And the manager looked at it, and "just didn't charge me" the $13. I asked for a manager to call me again. The customer service rep told me that a manager would not call me. I asked for the customer service person's name. They ignored me.There are many choices for dumpster service in the Lehigh Valley, choose someone else who actually cares about their customers and their managers are willing to actually talk to customers.
