    Aug 30 2022 I had filled out a form inquiring about website redesign. Aug 31st I received a call from Allentown, PA. I answer and it was ****** ***** from Enter.net We discussed my two current websites www.*****************.com and www.***********.com . I explained to ****** that i wanted to get away from the long drawn out ****************.com….. and bring in the new fresh look of ***********. I explained the name and look is more fitting to business and moving forward. ****** offered a package to have both sites convened into one. using the new *********** name his team would make it updated and current to todays environment. Im not a website guy and all the terms seemed broad and confusing. I kept trying to make sure we were on the same page. ****** promised me it would be the best tv install website on the net. Fast forward into the months. The process has been very confusing and complicated. The team copied and pasted what i already had online. it was a complete disaster. I again explained that the site needed to be new and up to speed with mobile browsers. There are different people reaching out from different numbers and emails. when i call, i get pushed to VM. I would question the design and try to make changes. Enter.net team would pushback with, we can’t do that. etc. and then being required to pay more money. This operation seems poorly managed and unable to provide what has been spoken about so many times. Thursday Feb 23 2023 we had a phone call and Enter.net agreed to make it right and do the required changes to work with the business. see attchments. March 2. I was sending the requested logo file and changes via email, ****** docs. Then i get an email from ***** and *****. they tell me they will no longer fulfill their agreement to correct the website. As of March 2 2023, the website is broken and not correct to my business. Enter.net bullys me with “legal”. Its been along time without resolve. I got sick and now have to fix.

    Hi,

    I'm responding to let you know **************** signed a refund agreement that Enter.Net would issue a full refund, and that once the refund was issued this would settle all disputes and that there would be no further claims. (See Attached) A full refund of $1995.00 was issued back to ******************** credit card on 12/14/23.

    Hopefully this information would settle this complaint, please let me know if you require anymore info.
