On May 10th, we dropped the vehicle off and he told us that he had two cars to work on before my son's vehicle and to expect the invoice soon. A month went by, and at the end of June, we decided to call to see if there were any updates and he told us he hasn't gotten to it yet. Three weeks after that phone call, we decided to follow up and he gave us the invoice, we paid a $2,300 deposit and had $1,420.89 left in our balance. After paying, he said he was going to buy the parts and work from there. In mid-July, we decided to call him every two weeks for updates and he told us that he was waiting for two pieces for the project. We proceeded not to contact them until the end of July, my son called and was told that he had a racing event to prepare for the weekend and that he hasn't touched the car yet. My son then told him that he needed the car soon for his events, he then said once he got back on Tuesday of that week, he will begin to work on it. After various phone calls, he gave us an attitude and claimed that we were rushing him although we only called every two to three weeks. From there, we decided to not call and after a month of no updates, we decided to get a refund and the car back. We attempted to go on Saturday, August 6th, but he was not there so we tried again on August 9th. We showed up at the business with the police to avoid conflict and recorded. We approached him respectfully asking for the car and a refund, and he began to give an attitude, raised his voice, and was non-compliant with our request. He proceeded to escalate the situation by getting into my face and my son's face (a minor). When he got into my son's face, I pushed him back to prevent him from touching my son and he pushed me. After he pushed me, he kept trying to approach me, attempting to fight. The cop told him to go retrieve the keys like we asked so we could leave the area. This is how TSP Proformance treats their customers and handles business, I would like a full refund.
