    Purchased a vehicle from Persing auto on 01/06/23 and was under the intention that the vehicle was up to state inspection. I was never provided copys of contracts that I signed after asking on several occasions and my vehicle has been repossessed 6 months after purchased with no reason on why the tile or the registration wasnt processed. I was giving the opts to chose and another vehicle but declined due to mismanagement and false information. Persing would not allow me a refund after violating the contracts and terms and Ive received several tickets due no inspection stickers and pursuing legal suite.

    This occurred on 3/10/2023 , I put down a $1,100 down deposit on a 2007 ****** ***** , I was given the keys and was told to come back next week to finish the paperwork. I was never given any paperwork , I never signed anything , i never got any registration for the car & the car isnt inspected. Me and my mom went back on 3/14/2023 to finish the paperwork and nobody was there. We came back 3/19/2023 to finish paperwork again and he now stated that I said I’d pay him 2,000 so now I owe him $900 which was never agreed upon cause I never signed anything. When my mom tried to ask the owner of the company ***** questions regarding anything he got extremely aggressive & dismissive. He continuously walked away from us not answering any questions just demanding the $900. He wouldn’t give us the registration or plate for the car or get it inspected. I filed a police report because he took my deposit and I have insurance on the car in my name and he won’t give me any paperwork for the car. Later this same night on 3/19 at 1:00 AM a tow truck company tries and tows the car and moves it while I’m sitting inside of it.

    They took my money I dont have the vehicle because it broke down 3wks later and they not trying to reimburse me not to mention he charge me 10,000 dollars for a 2002 ***** ****** making 800 dollar payment a month.
