    Halloween Haunt was included in season pass and all of sudden decided to charge many customers to pay for Holloween haunt after the promotion for season pass was Holloween haunt bad business and mislead alot of customers.

    Guests will need to purchase a Haunted Attractions Pass if they wish to access mazes. Access to the haunted mazes is not included in park admission. This change reflects an exciting new evolution in the event.The Haunted Attractions Pass allows us to deliver more intense scares and better manage guest flow.
    Whether youre using a daily ticket, Gold Pass, or Prestige Pass, your admission includes:
    Access to world-class rides and coasters
    All daytime shows and activities
    All nighttime scare zones and live shows
    (Note: Haunted mazes require a separate Haunted Attractions Pass.)

    dont honor tickets that were paid. after driving an hour to get there, they turned away my son and his girlfriend. The first reason they told him was, the tickets were outdated when my son showed them they werent outdated then they came up with another excuse that he couldnt use them. They are very disrespectful and I see what my son meant because I tried calling for a supervisor and very disrespectful to me on the phone, Im 65 years old and shouldnt have been talked to the way I was there was no way they were trying to be a manager how unprofessional she was I plan on letting my company know about this situation
