    This is what devs detailing looks like. My car was very clean already and this is what dev called a detailing for $200. When I pointed all these things out, he said he would redo it and I said that’s fine but there’s so many things. The entire thing needs to be redone and then I turned around and he had just left. He literally ran off. And then he had the nerve to threaten the authorities on me for nonpayment when he left, before taking my payment or fixing this… And actually has my credit card on file to charge. Do not use this guy. Even prior to the detailing, he had to cancel the first appointment I had.

    Ashleigh you were never going to be satisfied with the detail. Everything you said was dirty, I said I would touch it up & sadly you told me everything was dirty & needed to be detailed all over again. After roughly 2 hours of the detail Ashleigh refused to pay after I told her I would discount the detail since she wasn't satisfied. She said she didn't want a discount & she wasn't paying. After leaving she accused me of stealing her keys & threatened she would call the authorities & leave a bad review. I never took her keys & she later texted me she found her keys. I called the local police department to find out that they are very aware of her & said "this isn't our first time dealing with ms.stanczak". She then sent photos of scratches on plastic and said the scratches should be clean - the speedometer plastic is stained - you can clearly see she posted pictures of scratches. I received a $25 deposit from you & do not have your card on file. I can not charge your card that's not on file.
    This is my first time dealing with a crazy customer like you. You are banned from ever receiving a detail from me again. After talking to the authorities myself I am relieved that I wasn't the crazy one in this situation.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.



    I am not satisfied with the results of my complaint. This company scammed me and then posted false statements about me online. I had to go and get my car detailed by another company and paid over $300 for it. I want this company to remove their comments saying I didn’t pay and third party comments they are alleging are from the police. This is defamation and legally actionable. You can clearly see from the photos that they did not detail my car.
