    I contacted this company by phone and I made a 300 dollar deposit to reserve 2 days. I was told that would be credited to my total after day one of the move, which it was not. They showed up without a dolly and had a supposed day worker who was slurring his words and obviously on drugs. While the "nice guys" kept me occupied, the person on drugs stole my jewelry and various items and then said they forgot the dolly, so my theory is they removed my items from the premises incase I caught on, which I did by day 2, but too late for my stuff. Then the owner claimed none of my stuff was in the van or in the bag of the thief( who did ditch his bag and when I found it, I searched it and it did have empty methadone bottles). The first day should have cost $900, as the prices comparable in the area are 168 an hour for 4 men, no travel fee due to they were just packing and putting my stuff in shipping containers on the property. They only worked from 11-3 with 3 people and 2 people stayed the full day who were practically worthless. Then the next day only 2 people showed up, I agreed to 900 and the owner charged me 1500, and had someone steal my stuff! I reported it to the police, but have had no resolution as the officer did not find my stuff (he said he would check local **** shops) These were sentimental items that I had saved for my children, plus outrageous fees, and overbilling that I did not agree to as well as not crediting my deposit.

    We hired them to move and keep discovering things that they have broken.
    Our vintage lamp is broken, a box full of glass items are all broken, our bed frame is broken and pieces are gone, our brand new kitchen table is cracked, our table for living room is literally crooked because they broke it, our air conditioner that was 500$ is broken and cracked and now leaking water. The men were drunk and doing illegal drugs I discovered after the fact. Half of our house is broken or damaged now. I have contacted them and they hang up. I have emailed them and they do not answer. I have went on Google and they don't answer. I need them to help me pay to fix or replace all these items.

    We didn’t do any of this plus we drug test all employee and background check. Please just be honest and read your bible it will help you
