      My recent encounter with Aosom, facilitated through ****** platform, has been incredibly disappointing. I purchased a computer chair with massage function, only to receive a product missing essential components such as the piston, wheels, and legs. Despite assurances of a replacement, the subsequent delivery was even more deficient, indicating a glaring lack of quality control and oversight within Aosom's operations.Furthermore, the condition of the box, which had been resealed with multiple layers of tape, raises concerns about the integrity of Aosom's supply chain. Despite multiple attempts to rectify the situation, communication regarding return and refund procedures has been lacking, exacerbating the frustration.This experience not only reflects poorly on Aosom's commitment to customer satisfaction but also raises questions about ****** oversight of the vendors they endorse. I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution when dealing with Aosom and hope that ****** will take appropriate action to address this matter.

      Thank you so much for taking the time to leave your feedback. I am so sorry to hear the original item as well as the full replacement item we provided was missing parts. I was able to locate your order in our system and review all of the correspondence and do see you have been assisted with this issue and are receiving a full refund, as the replacement was missing parts. Please keep an eye out for the email containing the pick-up information for the item.

      In regard to the quality control issue you mentioned, all of the items arrive to us pre-packed from the manufacturers overseas, so we unfortunately do not know about missing parts, or any possible issues with the item, until the customer does. Now that we know two items have had issues, we can pass the information to our product team to look into as there may possibly be a problem with the entire batch, we again thank you for providing us with this valuable information.

      I ordered an office chair with heat and massage. After unpacking I found the chair to be too low even in the highest adjustable position and the front edge of the chair is so much higher then the seat of the char it hurt the bottom of my thighs and since the seat of the buttock area is so low it is vary difficult to get up off the chair.I offered to return the chair with full remittance but they wanted me to pay for return shipping. The chair costs $180 and the shipping costs $130, They refuse to pay for a detective product of theirs.

      I ordered a kitchen cart from Aosom. The shipping company lost one of my boxes. When I finally got the lost box, there was no hardware. I talked to several agents and they sent me the hardware. 2 times it was wrong, like someone just picked some random screws and threw it in a box. I will not be shopping with them again. They do not return calls when you leave a voice mail. I tried several times. This was one of the worst shopping experiences that I have ever had.

      They are very expensive given they sell cheap products that don't last. I've bought different portable greenhouses from them and one type leaked like crazy and didn't even make it through the summer season, so I bought a different type. The second type did a bit better, but the zippers broke after just one season. They made it through the 2022-2023 winter, but one of them collapsed a few weeks ago on top of everything I had stored in it. The second type that collapsed advertises "heavy duty frames" and nothing on the sales page states that they cannot be kept up year round. I contacted them through their customer service email to explain what happened and they didn't even bother to respond. They marked the issue "resolved" without contacting me or doing anything to resolve the issue.I've only purchased greenhouses and gardening items from them and while the products look nice on their website, they're flimsy and cheap when you receive them. I will no longer be purchasing anything from them and I would advise people to proceed with caution if they decide to order anything from Aosom.

      We purchased a recliner and when the recliner was put togather , the swivel did not work properly and the chair leaned to one side. I contacted customer service, they sent me shipping labels to send the chair back which we did. They reimbursed the cost of the chair but will not reimburse the shipping which is $94.95. I contacted customer service again , I was told we had buyers remorse and they will not reimburse the shipping cost.

      I understand that you've been in contact with our **************** Team already regarding your return.  We are sorry that the return shipping charges weren't refunded to you but in cases where a customer claims the item is defective, we ask for a photo showing what the issue was so we can determine who is responsible for the return shipping costs. Since we didn't receive proof that the item was defective, we refunded the entire amount of the purchase, less the return shipping costs which you originally agreed to.

      Bought a dog house for over $300 when it rains it leaks all over the place. I looked under the roof of the dog house it is made of like cardboard with shingles over it Im so upset!

      The only thing worse then the smell on the product is their "customer support". The shipping was horrible, telling my product was at my address when it wasn't. The tracking never updated. Go to any of their social media pages for a Live Chat and you get a instant pop-up sending you to their website. I went there - and spoke with someone for a few minutes only to have them disconnect me and now they seem to be avoiding me, by making me go through email. The actual product has some kind of stench that Death wouldn't want. The product has been in my bathroom since I got it almost a week ago.

      I purchased a plant stand set, 2 half moon shaped. Description says each of the 5 levels hold up to 44 Lbs. each. I received only enough screws to assemble 1 stand. The stand assembled will not stand up straight and is completely unstable and could not safely hold its own weight and if any additional weight was added this stand would collapse!       This company is absolutely the worst interns of dealing with product support. We ordered a very expensive outdoor seating area and received the wrong colored cushions. WITHIN the warranty period made over 10 calls to get it straightened out. They sent more if the same color seat backs and no cushions. I was told to throw them away or give them away, which I did. Then was told months later, to send pics of them. I have been going around and around with them with no resolution and now told it is out of warranty. Bought on Wayfair and Aosom is the company of the product. BUYER BEWARE of this horrible company l! They will not give the phone number of the corporate head quarters nor allow you to speak to anyone higher than the first level supervisor. This company needs to be banished of its name. No resolution and paid a lot for a product without matching cushions. I am stuck with a great outdoor couch set with mismatched cushions. THIS IS A DISGUSTING way to put energy into such a lousy company. The stress of this alone made me sick.

      I purchase a battery operated quad for my grandson who is 3. I made my purchase of this product through Overstock.com. My Grandson rode (and loved it) about 6 times when it stopped working. We charged it and got the headlights to come on briefly. After contacting Overstock we were told it was a warranty issue to contact Aosom the manufacturer of the product. We did this and was told they no longer make this particular quad and there was nothing they could do. I just want a refund of my $251. Apparently this particular item was faulty from the start. I would settle for a gift card from Overstock,since they were the company promoting this item. So now Im out money and my grandson has no quad. This is inexcusable! The only conclusion I can come to is this, do not purchase anything made by Aosom and never buy on Overstock.com. They are not to be trusted!
