            Kitchen countertop got installed over a week ago. Precision Countertop did a terrible job on installation. After talking to their issues department, a technician was supposed to show up a week after the installation. I took day off waiting for that technician to show up, called and texted the company several times inquiring about ETA with no answer. At around 4:40pm the technician called saying he can't make it that day. The company wanted to reschedule two weeks later - that means we have to wait about three weeks without a kitchen. Countertop issues:1. One side of the countertop is broken 2. Joint not done properly - one side is higher than the other 3. Caulking is still wet/soft after over a week since applied 4. Damaged caulking 5. Big gap between countertop and cabinets.I don't want to deal with company. I'm asking for a refund so I can do it somewhere else.

            This company sends out installation videos on customer requirements and what to expect during installation of the countertop. This information states that sinks will be installed. THEY DO NOT INSTALL THE SINK. When I called the company and explained the situation, the person started to talk over me when I read back to her what their information stated she said "I DON'T CARE WHAT IT SAYS" I also requested a manger to call me back and to date no response from this company. Not sure why BBB gives this company a A+ rating?
