      I purchased a motor from them. They never shipped it. And then would not respond to phone calls or text messages.

      March 25th 2022 I paid for an ***** engine to be built. The price for the job was $5216.25. Originally I purchased with this company because the representative lied and stated it would be ready in 7 to 10 business days. After calling in regards to my status Joshua stated the representative misspoke it was suppose to ship out after completion within 5 to 7 business days. For the last 3 to 4 weeks I have called several numbers listed and no one ever answers the phone. Today I finally get a call back but both lines work so bad I cannot even understand what Joshua is saying on the phone. He finally sends an email claiming the rebuild failed and that they will try to find another and ship out June 6th. I have lost revenue for months waiting and very disgusted that my calls are screened and only answer at their convenience. I asked for a refund but got no response. I have no faith in the service. Even if it wasn't ready there is no reason that it takes weeks to get a response.

      Firstly, we regret for the inconvenience caused to you. 
      If the engine was a used engine, we could have delivered it within a week or two. 

      Since, it is a *****/Rebuilt engine it took us a long time to Rebuilt it as there was less certified mechanics to work on Rebuilt engines at the moment, However we Rebuilt the engine and completed but during the final inspection the engine blew up since the core engine used was not a good rebuildable one.
      We also did not have an other core engine which is rebuildable for you, we had to wait for a rebuildable core engine to come in stock.
      We apologize for the huge delay in delivering the order to you, However we still can get you the engine rebuilt in 2 months time, if you agree.
      IF NOT. We will have the complete money refunded back to your card, if you say so.

      We might have difficulty getting the deposit back from the *****ufacture, as soon as we get we will gladly refund.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      I have already had a discussion in regards to a refund on 5/25/22. It was stated then I would receive a refund then. I am not willing to wait another 2 months when I have been reaching out for several weeks for a response. Since then the company has not returned any of my calls or messages. No faith in a business that can see I call multiple times a day and have messaged them multiple days in a row with no response.
