    Master Tech Automotive ************ , previously Troutdale Transmission. ***************** previous owner sold out to his son ******************* with Master Tech Automotive. When out truck was dropped of their for engine repairs Wad never to a new company was in charge, was given Troutdale Transmission business card. ***************** said owner at time quoted me verbally ******* to *******. Then when go in to p/u truck bill jumped to *******. We had not enough money to pay that. So no transportation still. Even the bill is under a different name.*********************** is *********************** wife on business card attachment.

    ******** was never given a verbal quote by anyone at this location. Troutdale Transmission went out of business March of 2023 where Master Tech Mechanics then opened their doors in the same location. ******** dropped her truck off and had a engine delivered as well. She told me (******) to get the repair done which is what was done. She did not receive a quote as she said "just get it done". She also needed it back in a hurry and we pushed all of our other jobs and worked on a day we are not open to get it done for her. We as a company even gave her a discount and really went above and beyond for this to get done for her. We also provided the Wolfers with a ride home when that also something we do not offer because they were in need. The bill is under Master Tech Mechanics which is where she dropped it off and when she called to speak to us about getting the work done we answer the phone with "Thank you for calling Master Tech Mechanics, How can we help you?". We did everything we could to get this truck back to her quickly, and everything we could do to accommodate her time frame she needed. If this job was sold to her at the price she stated we would have lost money om this job. It is against our policy to verbally give a quote without it being in the computer. We give exact numbers when we work on someone's vehicle.
