    I am rejecting this response because: I have picture evidence of bed bugs. Aswell as evidence of even a kidnapping situation which has no regard to the BBB but I have submitted it.  I have asthma aswell as 
    near-syncope , Paresthesia  with multiple other health conditions which are exasperated and inflamed causing me to have GI obstructions  and inability to work or even do everyday activities.  They're response is a insult to me and they're customers they're risking multiple life's by not having livable conditions and water resources. They're water needs to be checked and plumbing aswell as they're mold and bug infestation.  Due to public health risk and endangerment of life I even contacted ************************* local health department.

    I received my night refund. But that does not entail my 1-2 months out of work due to health concerns and risk due to underlying health problems. The public health risk and endangerment is more what I'm worried about aswell as compensation and pay for *********** of work personal economic debt from they're inhospitable living conditions. The fact I stayed at they're motel and ended up with more then I paid for or bargain for is outrageous. The bed bug infestation needs to be fixed. If you can tell me what provider I can contact about theyre bug infestation and health concern to the public that be perfect. The fact they threatened me over a lawyer for my health problem is concerning.
