  Sept 19th---i found them on ******* to do Standard Website-for $600-----This was to place Two books on--to sell, promote in social media--cart etc.2.THEy asked me to pay--for domain for three years--without website $2000--on sept 25th 3.again ****.***** incharge came back--i need future service domain, search ingine titles---all supoosed to be comes with website====open fraud==$4000----sept 25th==4.october 6th---hosting website---but they havent done website----scamers--$4000---5.October 16th---without website finishing--they asked me to pay---$2750---for Future in case i use---Stripe, Paypal etc---$2750----SCAMED CROOKED PEOPLE ;;November came---They cameup with Silly unprofessional---Website, I again given them Opprtunity---to have some imagination---none.I have been wasted time--funds--realised they are a scam---SUBMITTED TO MY AGENT--IN ****** WORLD WIDE--THEY HAVE LOOKED THE " HORIBLE WEBDESIGN< INCOMPLETE, FOUND THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONALS---TO DO WEBSITES--IN COURTESY TO ME--****** PROFESSIONALS DESIGNED FINISHED AND WE ATRE IN WORLD MARKET.****** - HAS IDENTIFIED THE UNNEDED OR IMPROPER PAYMENTS FROM ME-THEN---THE COSMIX DEVELOPERS TO AND FRO---OFFERED ME $8000-----Returm CREDIT.I will Forgive them--If they are not in scam Business, Their Addresses , Seems ?Doubtful, THEY HAVE AGREED THAT ---THEY HAVE DONE BAD JOB, SPELLING MISTAKES, EVEN MY NAME THEY COULDNT--CORRECT,I OFFERED THEM--- as Donation---$3500-----and return my funds $10,000---imediately.NOTE---SO FAR THEY COULDNT PROVIDE ME LEGAL ENTITY, EIN, Etc

  Respected BBB, 

  We have been working with ************************** since 9/16/23. We started off from the website design and development, but he realize the importance of obtaining domain, hosting for 5 years , security as SSL and TLS and SEO services. They were explained to him briefly and this is why he has committed to pay against those services which is imperative for the website to go live. 

  On 14/12/23 we have received a dispute from the client $4000 (see attached) & we come to know that ************************** is not pleased with the output of the website. We have explained the client that we can refund you for the website and the services that was purchased from us but there were most of the services we bought from vendors like Godaddy for e.g domain, security for ssl and tls, hosting etc they were all third party and we could not reimburse him that money but we did agreed  to compensate the loss by writing book or by providing him another website assistance to make it all count. 

   

  After several email we have agreed for refunding ************************** with $9000 out of which $4000 was already disputed by him through his bank and we were required to refund him $5000 in 3 milestone but he has opposed to have it received in two milestone. We have agreed to refund him $5000 in 2 milestone by paying $2500 by 16th Jan **** and the remaining $2500 by 1st Feb ****. 

  After agreeing on these terms. ************************** has asked for company registration number which was provided to him on 12/21/2023 but even after seeing all those documents he is accusing us with the term bogus and false entity which is never acceptable. We always adhere by our policies of refunding the client when they aint satisfied with the service.  I will again advise the authorities to look into this matter as we are ready to refund him as agreed milestone.

  I am rejecting this response because:A;   They dont Have Qualified  IT-To develop  ************** Website.  2.Horrible  Quality, English, Platform.3 NO  IT  company  Sells Unnecessory   Services, for their Comission,  "WITH OUT WEBSITE" , When Dr.D  Asked ****.***** . He Lied all the way  :again  They lied.

  A;;Until i filed Complaint on  Coxweb-  They  gave me all wrong addresses.

   

  B;The *********** address they gave me :softicino.co  ************************************************************************; 77478,===is fraud,  A Homeland Security Threat.

   

  C=another misleading=10260-**************************************-****** ,******--97223.  5030689-8655.   fraud.

   

  COXWEBDEVELOPERS----SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED, TO PROTECT   "CITIZENS OF  ***".

   

  I am an Retired  Doctor,  Dedicated for Charities,  They Knew. Unacceptable-- Knowingly  Their inability, Lies,  Wasted my  Time, funds, "******-International Company  With Highest Integrety

  Fullfilled My dream " we are in Market  On Amazon.

  We have agreed to refund Mr. Doddapaneni  $9000 I am not sure why he cant talk with us. He has disputed the first transaction of $4000 from ** by contacting his own bank  and we have even agreed to pay him additional $5000 refund in two milestone but he has not been responsive towards us.We understand he had a bad taste from our  side in terms of website and we have already decided to refund him in total $9000 because most of the services were third party that we cant reimburse. I would advise him to reach out to us for solutions of remaining payments. Attached screenshot is our last conversation with him
