    I am writing to complain about this hotels water. I tried to run my daughters bath water and the water was extremely ***** coming out. I asked the manager what she could do for me she said we could have another room to shower but we woke up around 9am and check out is 11am and we needed to be somewhere by 11am. I initially reached out to hotels.com because that's who I booked the room through and was chastised for doing so. I believe either a refund or a partial refund is in order that's extremely disgusting and I wouldn't ever want to use any other rooms bathtub for sanitary reasons.

    I took a complaint from an elderly couple from ******* who booked a room at the Bridgeway Inn & Suites so that we did not have to drive home late after an event. When she contacted the motel, the customer let the desk clerk know that both she and her husband where in wheelchairs and would like a handicap room. The motel said they did have any. They offered a regular room, and said that she could likely manage, so long as it was wheel-chair accessible. After the event, the customer purchased food to go and headed to motel. When they arrived at 10PM, the front door was locked. Upon calling the desk, they were told it was for security reasons and that they would need to come around to the back door. The customers attempted to go around back but there was NO lighting and they had trouble finding the door. The sidewalks in that area were not *** ********* and the husband nearly tipped over in his wheelchair.Once inside, the room they had been assigned was on the second floor and the motel did not have an elevator. Eventually said they had a room without a working TV on the ground floor. It look until 11PM for us just to get a room. Once in the room, we went to reheat our food and the microwave was broken. There was also an issue with the toilet not flushing. When we went to throw away our trash, the outdoor garbage can was overflowing with dirty diapers all over the ground. The customer said that motel staff was unhelpful and unkind, they were not *** ********* and everything was broken/dirty. They felt establishment should be shut down for its complete lack of compliance with *** and health code. The motel also refused a refund when asked. The customer contacted the local ******* Sublimity Chamber of Commerce and relayed their experience. We unfortunately hear these types of complaints and the motel, constantly. We offered information about local Air B&B's, and offered to contact BBB on behalf of the customer. - ******* Sublimity Chamber staff
