            In Feb. 2020 Aegis did an asphalt driveway for us. The last part of the driveway was piecemealed together, and turned out bad. They agreed to come back in October 6 and tear it out and redo it, and assured me it would be done by Oct. 9(because we had a lot of company coming). They tore it up that day, but did not come back until October 27th to fix it. On Oct. 29th, they finished, and ******************* signed an agreement with me that said he would come back by May 2021 to seal coat whole driveway at no charge because the whole ordeal had been so poorly handled. I called and emailed ******************* on Aug. 24,2021 to see when they would be coming. They scheduled it for Sept .8,2021. When the worker arrived, he said he would only do the new section of the driveway that was out in Oct. 2020, not the entire driveway as was promised in writing. The worker (******)called ***** while he was here and ***** told us both he would not honor the paper he signed, and would only seal coat the new area.
