    Signed on with ****** and Modewealth in 2019 with promises to eliminate our tax liability. We have paid them $200/month since then for zero help. the **** Modewealth set us up with over the years, cost us more money and balnket filed extensions on our returns, costing more money. Modewealth went radio silent in 2024. Emails unanswered, no return phone calls. got an email in 12/24 from Modewealth stating that we were being transferred to a new company moving forward in 2025. No choice, no conversation, just transferred. I know multiple people/companies who have experienced the same situation with them. ****** has caused us to lose thousands of dollars while still collecting every month from **. They need to be held accountable for their failures and shortcomings. People need to be aware that they will be made a ton of promises and taken for a ride instead!Apparently Modewealth also sent our information to a CPA in ** who is filing our taxes this year, and I have not received any information regarding who this person is. Now I am having to pay another CPA $1100 to undo what this NY CPA has done and file for me.

    ****** *****, and Modewealth LLC did not charge ******* (*****) /******** (****) ***** or their business the disputed amount of 1100.00.  Modewealth sold its tax practice to R Tax Solutions / Sovereign Wealth out of Eugene ******* whos owner is ****** ******.  Although I understand the clients confusion, R Tax Solutions leveraged the name Modewealth to help streamline their customer communication, but this was not **********************, and ********************** would not have charged them / has not charged them anything outside of their ****** monthly which included tax preparation, which ceased upon the sale of Modewealth 's Tax clients to R Tax Solutions on December 12th 2024.  The transfer to a New York accountant was done after my seperation with the *******.  There complaint, the complaint period and the associated additional fees were not for Modewealth, but R Tax Solutions who purchased Modewealth's tax clients, out of Eugene ************* Her dispute needs to be redirected to them.  I have tried to contact ***** *****, have talked to her husband **** *****, have given them the option of resolution through Modewealth, told them the situation, and have reached out after notification of this complaint with no returned phone call from them.  Please advise if anything else in regard to this is needed as to communicate that we did not charge them the disputed amount, R Tax Solutions of ******, and or ****** ****** facilitated this charge.
