I signed up with this site called ************************** which I had to pay ***** fee to start making money online sending emails out etc. I just started byt I would like my money back for I have seen reviews that this us a scam. I tried to go back to website from earlier but I for some reason can't find in my search engineBusiness Response

we have no customers by the name: ******** *******
we have no email address: ********************** in our customer database.
we have customers with the phone number: **********
we would be happy to refund this customer. but we cannot find any details based on the info in this complaint.
we also see no support phone calls from "********" and no support emails in our help desk platform.
so. i'm not sure what they bought but it seems like it's not from us. unless they bought under a friend or family members name.
if that's the case we need the actual info that they ordered with because as far as we can tell "******** *******" is not one of our customers.Initial Complaint

I filed a complaint and was told I would get a refund. Today I just got an email telling me if I don't cancel by the end of today then they will charge me *****. They gave me a number to call. I called and the *** wanted to argue with me. He then hung up on me and refused to answer the phone after that. Honor what you promised!Business Response

The normal refund processing timeline is 5-10 business days for a refund to show a credit on your account. Once we initiate a refund that's all we can do. We have no control over how long it takes for the credit to appear in your account.
