Refund and Exchange Policy

Pre-Paid Session Cancellation Policy.  If the Client requests to amend or cancel their session fourteen (14) or more calendar days before the agreed upon photographic event date, the retainer will be applied to a mutually agreed upon reschedule date that is no more than ninety (90) days from the original session date.  If the Client fails to show or cancels thirteen (13) or less calendar days before the agreed upon photographic event date, the initial non-refundable payment will be forfeited.

 

Pre-Paid Session Rescheduling/Late Arrival Policy.  If Client requests to reschedule a photographic session (“rescheduled session”), Photographer may apply the initial payment to a rescheduled session if notice is given at least fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled session.  A reschedule fee of $100 will be applied and must be paid to secure the rescheduled session date.  The rescheduled session must take place within 90 days of the original session date.  Any Client that arrives late to the session will have the amount of time late deducted from the time allotted for the session and the gallery proofs will be reduced proportionally.  Photographer will not provide a partial refund or other compensation for the time deducted from the session due to late arrival of the Client.  

In the event any parties are ill, or showing symptoms of illness, the session will be rescheduled.  Either party may request this without penalty by phone call or in writing.  

In the event that weather conditions are predicted to limit or endanger the photographer, staff or the clients ability to travel safely to the studio, the session will need to be rescheduled and the reschedule fee will be waived.  Either the client or the photographer may notify the other by phone or in writing within the twenty-four (24) hours leading up to the scheduled session time.

Product Refund Policy.  Due to their custom nature, all product and image purchases are final.
