      "I came in with a code for a bad O2 sensor and they gutted out my catalytic converter to get the sensor to go off, I took it to REMOVEDChevrolet and they showed me pictures and I had to pay $500 for a brand new catalytic converter when all they had to do was change my bad O2 sensor"
