We are going to be billed for a hospital rental bed that is missing. Sweet **************** Care administrator ***** *************) stated she would take care of sending it back to Apria medical supply company when we moved my mother out November 16-2023. Apria states the facility never contacted them to arrange pick up of the bed. The facility states they don't have the bed. On February 22, 2024 ***** stated she didn't work at that building anymore and we would need to talk to the new administrator ****** *************) ****** stated that she would look into it. The owner, *************************** *************) was notified and after a few messages were left for him, he called us back on 2-23-24. He assured us that the maintenance worker would check their storage facility and that ****** or ****** would call us at the latest Tuesday, 2-27-24. It is now Friday 3-1-24 and we have had no contact from them even though we have left several messages and voicemails. My mom has since passed away and I am very fearful of the charges we may be liable for which are out of our control.
