You may return most new, unused items within 14 days of purchase for store credit or exact replacement of product only.
If your product is defective, you may be able to return it for an exchange. Items that show signs of wear or use may not be returned. Atomizers of any type, Carterizers, and discounted items may not be returned unless Dead On Arrival (DOA) and customer must notify us of DOA hardware within 24 hrs to qualify for exchange. E-liquid cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and authorized at our discretion.
