      I ordered a scratching bean in July, 2025. Never received acknowledgment of my order, although it is showing on their website as processing. Have not received my order nor has there been any reply to my emails. There is no phone number to call on their webpage, but was able to locate a phone number that might or might not still be attached to this company - called and left a message but no reply. I am at a loss. And very disappointed as this was my third order in eight years.

      Felix Katnip Tree Company has always provided great products for the past 20 years. Recently they've had a life changing event so products are delayed. Please be patient with them as they work through it. God bless them.

      I ordered cat posts more than 3 months ago, but have not received them.They have not responded to several emails or phone messages. I believe the company has gone out of business.

      Charged twice ,no contact back from company.Emailed several times as well as phoned.Nothing back.I just my product and remove the double charge.
