  Went to Lincoln City property. Was hoping to get earlier check in time. Unfortunately, they couldnt accommodate, but they responded to request professionally and quickly within a few minutes of texting. Amenities were all as advertised. Lovely home with lovely view. They let us know in advance that the toaster may be out of order. Very clean upon arrival.

  I would NOT use this company to manage my property. We rented a place managed by this company. I emailed with some questions and they did not respond to my email. Then I called and they were very rude and un-accommodating.

  Went to one of their Sunriver locations (pole house 15) - the place had lots of maintenance issues and in need of a significant deep clean and replacement of furniture, pans, blinds, and we had to use headlamps to see our stuff in the bedrooms at night because of the poor lighting. Their website had glowing reviews for this property and it seemed so much better in the photos, so I as confused as to why I was the only one with concerns. However, when I went to the website and left a review it never loaded, showing that they likely suppress the negative reviews. Overall, it was disappointing especially as I've gone to ******** so many times with different rental companies and had good experience.

  We booked a one week vacation through Meredith lodging at a home on the Oregon Coast. The listing stated there was parking available for 4 cars. We were only able to fit 1 vehicle at the property in the assigned space. The amenities listed included a propane barbeque with a photo of the barbeque on the listing. We planned our meals in advance and brought food to grill. There was no barbeque at the house. We contacted Meredith Lodging within a few hours of arrival and asked about the barbeque. They stated that it had been removed the day before. We asked if they would bring us another barbeque for our week long stay. They took 2 days to respond and then replied that they would not be bringing us a barbeque. The washing machine in the house was also not working properly and would shake itself out into the middle of the hallway each time we used it and it would not complete a full wash cycle. The house was beautiful but had stains on the floor and furniture, some furniture pieces were ripped, some patio chairs were broken, and we were very disappointed in their customer service when they refused to provide a barbeque that was clearly listed as a amenity on the property we booked.

  I've stayed at a handful of different Meredith Lodging properties on the Oregon Coast. Their properties have always been clean and well appointed. They also have some of the most amazing views. Booking is simple, everything can be done online. Checking in and out of the properties is a breeze. I know a lot of people out there book with Air BnB or Vrbo, but if the property is managed by Meredith. Book direct with them and save a little money on fees. Can't wait to stay at one of there properties again in the near future.

  The **************** is a true coastal gem. With breathtaking, panoramic views of the ocean, this beach house offers a front-row seat to natures beautyfrom golden sunrises to peaceful, starlit nights. The home itself is elegant, spotless, and thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. Whether youre sipping coffee on the deck, falling asleep to the sound of waves, or stepping right onto the sand, every moment here feels magical. The **************** is the perfect escape for couples, families, or anyone seeking serenity by the sea. Highly recommended!

  My family booked a reservation last Thanksgiving. I was contacted a day prior to the booking and the representative stated that the booking was no longer available because of "robberies" in the area. Then another representative told me it was because of a plumbing issue. I was offered alternatives (still near the supposed robberies lol) with less rooms and no ocean view. Needless to say this was infuriating and quite obvious that the owners decided to use the property. Not only did I have to fight to get refunded but they said I would need to pay the 30% cancelation fee. Obviously I didn't cancel and so I shouldn't have to pay for their incompetence. I was not offered any compensation for the trouble or any future credit. The really crappy part is I had family that had flown in and we had no where for them to sleep... I will never again consider this company and will continue going out of my way to warn others unless meredith decides to make this right.

  We rented a large home with an advertised amenity of a hot tub. We also paid a hot tub fee as part of the rental costs. The day before our rental started, they emailed to say the hot tub would not be available because it was not functional. I asked them for alternate accommodations or an estimate of when the hot tub would be working since it was a primary reason that we chose that property. They ignored our emails and phone calls about that subject. We continued to ask for update and asked for a discount since the amenity was not available. They refused to provide any discount or help us in any way with the issue. They finally sent an email and said they "would refund the hot tub fee for the inconvenience". I repeatedly requested some sort of accommodation or discount since the advertised amenity was not available, but they never provided anything in response.

  Ridiculous! As other renters have said, they charge 30% even if you cancel shortly after booking. I highly recommend using another platform to book your vacation rentals.

  Im extremely disappointed with the customer service from **********************. I booked one of their properties for a special birthday getaway, only to be informed AFTER the cancellation policy had passed that the oven wouldnt be working. Since our trip included baking a birthday cake and cooking a special dinner, this was a huge issue. Instead of offering a fair resolution, they refused to refund my deposit and suggested I rearrange my vacation plans to work around their broken ovenusing hot pads and a toaster oven instead. This is unacceptable customer service, and I want others to be aware before booking with this company! We spent over $1,000 for 2 nights with every intention of cooking all of our meals.
