      Overpriced Super rude and inconsiderate. Tell them have a leak come out do a very sloppy amateur job tell me its fixed . I was not home so took advantage of my wife , typical dumb dude , and tell her its fixed . Come home still leaks report. They come back tighten say its fixed and still leaks report. Then I call to ask ***? *** they call my boss to complain about my attitude? Seriously because you fail and do not care and do not understand liability or due diligence.Absolutely the worst amateur hour handyman ever These are not licensed plumbers just contracted *** smoo Avoid hire a real plumber .Pipes still leaking since they cant do a simple basic repair then give attitude when you call them out

      Roto-Rooter is a professional, licensed contractor. We take pride in our work and apologize for any inconvenience you or your wife experienced. In this situation, our client is **************************. We have worked for several years with this property management company and find them very professional and joyful to work with. Our branch manager has been in close contact with ************************** and asked them to have another plumbing company take a look at the situation after you became belligerent and profane (our calls are recorded) with our office staff. *********** has not billed you as the customer, therefore, there will be no refunds issued to you. We will be working with ************************** on the job invoice.  
      We will not tolerate bullying or vitriol comments.

      You are a lost and just trying to fabricate some narrative about me becoming belligerent? 
      can you provide proof of your slander?
      I recorded the conversation as well so I have proof I asked you a question, you did not answer and just defended and deflected your failures .
      You did not address why a paid professional failed to do a simple job I do and test daily twice?

      I then told you how I felt and hung up .

      Your statements are ********* tried to get me in trouble and failed . You owe me now .

      On May 22, 2025, Roto Rooter dispatched three (I can't confirm this. I thought 2 and am being charged for 3.) men to my house to dig a hole to find a broken pipe. *********** claims it took 3 men, 5 hours to dig a large hole. Then, I did not receive notification from Roto Rooter for 6 weeks regarding the hole dug on my property. SIX WEEKS. I then contacted **** ****** to ask what is happening with the project. At that point he told me he couldn't do the work. There is a huge hole in my yard and he left it and didn't communicate with me until I contacted HIM. Then on July 16, he and a city inspector came to my house to analyze the hole and broken pipes. He has charged me for 3 hours of work (at most 1 hour) for him and the CITY INSPECTOR for a total of $810.00 to tell me why he abandoned the project. He has been condescending, incomplete and now is overcharging me for work. He has sent me a bill for $4995.00 to literally dig a hole in the ground. No work was done besides analyzing the problem and digging a hole. THE HOLE IS STILL THERE. I hired a different company to fix the sewer problem and I will never hire ROTO ROOTER again. ******. The company I hired, ********, along with Pacific Plumbing, can confirm this story as the men who came to look at it were shocked Roto Rooter walked away from this hole and are charging me nearly $5000.00 to dig it. I will pay for the hourly rate to dig the hole, which is fair. I cannot imagine why **** ****** can justify nearly $5000.00 for a scope and digging a hole.
