  We have contacted Hayden Homes numerous times and have yet to hear back from anyone. We paid for landscaping and it completely died out the following year. I could already see patches of the grass dying when sod was laid out. We also have water from our neighbors flooding our yard. I have several other issues that I have.

  If I could give Hayden Homes negative stars, I would.The warranty process has been a nightmare. Most fixes were temporary and never addressed the root issues. Our upstairs water pipes froze it took nearly two years and multiple warranty claims before they finally addressed it. In the process, they punched numerous holes in our garage drywall and did a terrible job patching it.We had standing water in the crawl space, which they blamed on a vapor barrier. After several warranty requests, they installed a sump pump, but I asked that the warranty stay open since water was still entering from outside. They stopped responding completely after that.We later had to re-landscape the entire backyard, only to discover improper grading and that Hayden had installed active sprinklers underneath rocks and weed barrier in our side yard. This caused constant flooding that drained directly into the crawl space. For months, we thought the neighbor was overwatering but it was Hayden hiding their ********** top it off, we paid for a premium lot in a cul-de-sac, advertised as having no rear neighbors and scenic views of ***********. Not once were we told that an interstate would be constructed directly behind our home. There was zero disclosure during the sale or construction process.This company does not take responsibility, refuses to stand behind its work, and ignores ongoing warranty concerns. Ive never experienced such disregard for customers or accountability in *************** anyone considering a Hayden Home please think twice.

  Where do I start? Drainage in backyard. This group of houses should never had been permitted to build. Hayden Homes built 30+ houses on a bog. When I confronted the project manager about the soggy backyard, he must have thought I was just another female that would believe whatever he said. That was his first mistake. Too many stories to tell. So after spending almost $20,000 to remedy the problem, which has now included a sump pump under my house. Oh, I almost forgot. They did put a French Drain in the backyard. That had to be reinstalled correctly during the reconstruction of the backyard. I sent the bill to Hayden Homes, sorry it's after the first year warranty had expired. Even though this all started within weeks of buying the house. Not a dime.... It's been 8 years and they will be hearing from me in a couple of days. There is now a crack above the Master bedroom door. All my counter tops, shower and tub need new caulking. Let's just say, probably if the cost of houses were in my budget. Well maybe??? But would it sell for a decent price after all the disclosures? Don't buy a Hayden Home!!! POOR WORKMANSHIP THROUGHOUT THE HOUSE!! One more thing the breaker box is upside down.

  I purchased my home with Hayden Homes in ******* in 2023, as a first Time home buyer at 24 years old this has been this worst experience ever ! instead of fixing stuff properly they do a bandaid fix. my furnace is still not done properly for warranty, because I'm sorry im not climbing in the attic to grab those numbers. they cut the carpet to short so it won't tack down. their way to fix it was to slice open my vinyl flooring and glue it under the vinyl!!!! so now the vinyl has bit cuts in the middle in random spots with glue. now the best part my house is growing black mold!!!! because they painted the seams of the showers to make it looks like it was caulked. long story short neither one of the bath tubs where caulked and now I have black mold along my showers. they use the cheapest materials and labor help they can get, that most the time have no idea what they are doing. staff is unpleasant and rude. stay far away from Hayden Homes. they are not built to last. I got maybe 3 months out of my home before the issue started happening. my moms even bought a Hayden home house. she is having just as many issue if not more, and every time something goes wrong. its your fault, even though one nail was holding up a 15 foot trim and fell off. so ***** refused to fix it because it was our fault it fell out. or because the toilet seat was getting scratched every time it flushed and we needed to learn to put the toilet seat down. like really this company its just horrible I will keep as many people from buying from Hayden Homes.

  I purchased a new Hayden Home back in 2022 at their ****************************. But Hayden Homes has really bad communication skills when it comes to warranty. I filled a warranty survey before my 1 year warranty expired about my concrete driveway cracking and chunks coming off. As you can see on the pictures these cracks and chunks are larger than 3/16, which is what their warranty claims needs to be in order for them to fix it. The representative said he was going to fix it and never showed up. I followed up again and he said he was showing up and never did. Going on 2 1/2 years and I guess hes still on his way. My neighbors driveway was bad as well. He got lucky and got his entire driveway replaced. I spoke to the concrete sub contractor and he mentioned the reason the drive way is cracking is because Hayden Homes did not buried an irrigation pipe that goes under the concrete. Hayden Homes, you need to take responsibility and take care your customers and stop hiring sub contractors that are not skilled for a specific trade. Hayden Homes please come and replace my driveway. Do the right thing!

  Horrible terrible workmanship you should be ashamed of yourselves... I bought a home from you and the doors are literally falling off the hinges not to mention the dishwasher that needs to be repaired by ge? There are so many things wrong with my house I don't have words to actually mention all of the things that are wrong with my home I was sold a bill of goods and I hate you Hayden Homes and my realtor that steered me here shame on all of you rotten h*** I hate this place and there's so many problems I can't even begin to explain them

  Hayden homes builds houses with poor and defective workmanship and cheap materials that are improperly installed. They will not honor their warranty or correct defective workmanship and latent defects. Their customer service is horrendous and insulting with no adequate responses, just unfounded statements in ab attempt to lie and get out of correcting their defective work

  While our buying experience was beyond amazing thanks to ****** in ********, **.... the quality of the house in less than a year and the "repairs" done have been unacceptable.The "repairs" done throughout the house and what is called "ok/good" by the warranty department is LAUGHABLE. The quality of the paint used in the entire house is LAUGHABLE don't even look at the base-boards or they ***** The way they threw down the sod without clearing construction trash, rocks and compacting the soil is LAUGHABLE. Door hardware is LAUGHABLE. COMUNICATION FROM HAYDEN EMPLOYEES IS HORRIBLE. Why am I having to bother them to get simple answers? If you think I'm joking... I sadly am not. They sell this whole B.S. of the "excellent quality" of the homes and how they'll "always be there". Let me tell you bout the quality of Hayden Homes.... its LAUGHABLE. Let me tell bout bout the customer care/warranty repairs of **********************.... its LAUGHABLE.I wrote this review cause I have been as nice as I can... as understanding as I can... but I can no longer accept or tolerate the blatant lack of quality and poor service from Hayden Homes. Just know Hayden Homes... you did this to yourself.

  We have been trying to get the purchase agreement from the Hayden sales rep. *** realtor has contacted him but gives us incomplete paperwork. So frustrating. *** realtor is really trying to connect with him to no avail. Guess we won't be pitching a house from them.

  We are building now no masters bathroom tub because of *** just a shower with no door to small of garage my truck wont fit cant walk around truck no flood lights if you dont ask no garage door opener no back porch cover $ 250 up front to make a change I wish we had not did this I will have to pay a plumber to move toilet and put a tub in after moving in so we have been lied to so dont go with them not **************
