    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We contracted with H2H to perform a large amount of drywall repairs and fully to repaint our interior of our home. They bid the project to be fully complete in 3 weeks. After they fired the painter that they had subcontracted, based on the fact the painter would not paint due to their unacceptable drywall repairs, they attempted to do the paint job of a 4,000 square foot home with vaulted ceilings when they had never performed large scale painting work. They chose to purchase a sprayer when they had never used a sprayer prior to our job. After over 5 weeks of not being able to be in our home and the project was not close to be completed, they expressed they were complete with the job and we owed them the balance of the invoice. We asked again that they let us know when they would be able to complete the painting and drywall repairs. We were eager to get this finished so that we could eliminate this massive disruption to the kids, ourselves, our work, and the dogs. There is significant repair work that needs to be performed, including remediation of paint overspray on cabinets, furniture, floors, windows, and windowsills; visible paint drips and runs; patchy areas of poor coverage and areas where visible spray striping is apparent; exposed drywall mud that has not been sanded or painted properly; poorly attached baseboards; caulking issues; and more. Additionally, H2H team has not performed basic finishing work such as replacing outlets and outlets covers; restoring light fixtures and vent covers; rehanging doors; and remounting window blinds. Some outlets, door handles, and vent covers need to be replaced because they have been painted over. We had expected that all these issues be addressed and that the H2H team would leave our home clean and tidy. Instead, they threatened to have an attorney place a lien on our newly purchased home, came to our home cursing at us and calling us ****** ***** and left massive amounts of trash. DO NOT USE!

    It is truly unfortunate to have an unhappy client, however it is even more unfortunate when they LIE about the situation and try to ruin your reputation by posting false information to make you look bad.   I will not give this customer the satisfaction of having these lies posted without a response.  We did the job as contracted, and yes, we did have to fire the subcontracted painter, but NOT for the reasons the client is stating.  He was paid a deposit that would cover all the paint and primer, and some labor to begin the job.  He showed up a week late, spent 2 days taping and putting plastic up, and then sat in his van for hours on his phone, or eating.  He claimed to be able to complete the job in 2 weeks, but when he showed up with NO CREW, we started to get worried. after delays and lies from him,  He was asked again how long it would take to paint, and he then told us it would take even longer time,  and he still  hadn't purchased all the paint and primer- so we promptly discussed with homeowners and ALL AGREED to let him go and have us perform the painting portion of the job.  We did not get the deposit back given to this painter, so we cut our losses.  We then paid for the paint and primer out of OUR portion of profits to redeem the situation.  We performed the job, drywall repairs and new texture, and painted the entire 3k sqft  home with a crew of 4 and yes it took longer than anticipated,  delays were due to this AND other issues caused by the homeowner, as they agreed to not move anything into the rooms we were to paint.  The client moved in 2 houses worth of furniture and belongings, (We are talking HUGE furniture and all dressers, ********* were placed in each room, against our agreement)...we then agreed to work around these issues, and spent more money covering all their belongings that were not supposed to be there, including themselves, they were not to move in until we were finished.  More importantly, to show how flaky and dishonest the client is... after they hired us to do the job, and paid their deposit, a week later, they tried to get out of the contract because they had received a bid less than ours, and wanted to try and break our contract to get it done for less. They had already signed everything, and paid 10k to start the job.   and I should've seen the red flags waving in the wind at that point.  But I did not.   Bottom line, we performed the job and they did not allow reasonable access or time to remedy the touch up issues that needed handled at the end.  We came to clients house after completion to do walk through and determine when to perform touch up, and they had another "Painting Contractor" there to pick apart our work and tell us what "they would've done different" .  We were quite taken back, and told homeowner we can discuss these issues, but not with another contractor, I have no agreement with them, and they have nothing to do with this.  It was the Homeowner that began yelling and screaming at us, and so we told her we do not do business this way, and I am sorry we cannot come to an agreement, we are leaving.  We do not deserve to be treated with such disrespect and verbal abuse.  We aim to make all our clients happy, and this was the ONLY client in 4 years that has ever behaved this way.   It is sad that some people do not understand how to honor a contract, use shady tactics to get more for work without paying,  and knowing we did nothing wrong, they had no recourse but to trash us on social media.  Also, we have painted many jobs, and never once had any complaints about the quality or timing.    We were truly disappointed to have such an unhappy client, and we did everything we could to make them happy, and complete the job.  With an A+ rating, we strive to make all our clients happy, and complete all jobs with the upmost care and quality.
