After 3/15/23 all sales are final. Prior to 3/15/23 the return policy was: No returns on clearance items, books, patterns, magazines, needles, hooks, wound yarn or used / opened items. Other items in new condition with a receipt may be exchanged for refund or store credit within 30 days. The reason for our policy is to make sure everyone is buying the highest quality new product (i.e. not used).
