    From start to finish all these people ROCK -the sales agent, office staff (schedulers, follow up caller, etc.), the 2 man crew was amazingly fast, efficient, thorough, and very polite and pleasant to have in my home for the 1 1/2 days (for 9 windows and 2 sliding doors). The price is high but I believe well worth it. The guarantee is great as well. My windows look so amazing I don't want to put up drapes or blinds. The screens are great quality (so fine I thought they hadn't been installed yet). This has motivated me to repaint EVERYTHING. My windows deserve better company :)Finally, a VERY BIG ADDED PLUS.... these folks do NOT harass homeowners with door to door solicitations --- they obviously don't need to with such an amazing company and products. ** ******** Renewal got my business as a result of a "competitor" (loose use of that title) who did so TWICE despite my "no solicitors" sign. *** Note: I hope they are reading this review and ENJOY gazing at my beautiful ******** windows while driving/walking by trying sell their less impressive company/ products. I say good luck to them because.... .... I'm a walking, talking billboard for ******** RENEWAL!!!! ??

    We had 2 crews for all our windows and doors installation and another crew finished all our hickory trim today. All were professional and extremely responsive to any concerns we had. ****** and ***** did a wonderful job on our hickory trim and we are SO happy with the results!     Excellent customer service, professionalism, craftsmanship. I couldnt be happier. I went with them because of their reputation. They were the highest bid, but did an exceptional job, and I got more than my moneys worth with fantastic on the job performance. Rating 1 to 10, Id give them a 15!
