    After some incredible promises from the sales *** who came out to our house, we contracted for eight windows and three slider doors. The two young men that showed up right on time installed them in 2 1/2 days and did a spectacular job they were friendly, worked very hard, and were excellent craftsman. We are so pleased with the results. Worth every *****.

    We had a terrible experience. The two-day install took over two weeks. They lied to us at every opportunity. I called managers and received no response. They schedule without checking with the customer and then claim they need 48 hours to respond. I paid 28K for windows, and they were filthy when installed and have hand prints all over them! They promised to pay for landscaping that was destroyed, and that too was a lie. I feel ripped off and disgusted.

    Installation Day - 10/27/25 Crew - ****** 1 were fantastic and did an amazing job. Olag(lead tech), Volva, and Gemman were all professional, courteous, and friendly - so great to have them do the installation at my house!They arrived as promised on 2 straight days and they installed 3 slider doors, 2 large picture windows, 1 bathroom privacy window, and 1 entry door. Each day, they layed out plastic sheeting over my wooden floors, covered my furniture, and vacuumed the entire areas of installation after removing all plastic sheeting. Olag gave me an explanation of all Renewal by Andersen products they installed, showed me how to operate each piece, and did a final walk-through of my property to make sure everything was clean and free of any loose nails & debris.I highly recommend Renewal by Andersen doors and windows and Crew 1 of ******!!??Thank you!

    From start to finish all these people ROCK -the sales agent, office staff (schedulers, follow up caller, etc.), the 2 man crew was amazingly fast, efficient, thorough, and very polite and pleasant to have in my home for the 1 1/2 days (for 9 windows and 2 sliding doors). The price is high but I believe well worth it. The guarantee is great as well. My windows look so amazing I don't want to put up drapes or blinds. The screens are great quality (so fine I thought they hadn't been installed yet). This has motivated me to repaint EVERYTHING. My windows deserve better company :)Finally, a VERY BIG ADDED PLUS.... these folks do NOT harass homeowners with door to door solicitations --- they obviously don't need to with such an amazing company and products. ** ******** Renewal got my business as a result of a "competitor" (loose use of that title) who did so TWICE despite my "no solicitors" sign. *** Note: I hope they are reading this review and ENJOY gazing at my beautiful ******** windows while driving/walking by trying sell their less impressive company/ products. I say good luck to them because.... .... I'm a walking, talking billboard for ******** RENEWAL!!!! ??
