    STAY AWAY! "Incompetent" is the only way to describe this company. I made the mistake of buying my dream car from Lapin Motor Co. At first, I thought they were amazing because they talked such a great game. However, they simply CAN'T keep their word. When I first went in I told them I needed the car shipped to Michigan and they said they could facilitate it and it would be $1000. When the car arrived, the bill was $2000. To Lapin's credit, they did pay for half the difference ... but still, that's a pretty unprofessional thing to do. They also promised that they would take care of registering the car and that a Michigan title would be mailed to me. After 2.5 months I called and they told me they "forgot" to do it. This began the process of calling and texting them a minimum of 15 times without a response, or with a promise to call back that never happened. When I finally received the title they had signed it in the wrong spot and never even had the previous seller sign it at all ... which meant I couldn't register it. So, this began another 3-week process of getting a new title. How does this even happen to a car dealership? While they were very good at apologizing, they are inept at doing what they say they will do. Their excuse? "We're just so busy". So, my advice ... buy your car from someone who isn't too busy to be professional and take care of you. Trust me ... you'll be sorry you did business with this company.

    I recently had the pleasure of selling my vehicle to Lapin Motors ** and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The staff at the dealership were incredibly friendly and professional throughout the entire process. They made sure to answer all of my questions and address any concerns I had. The offer they made for my vehicle was fair and reasonable, and they even helped me with the paperwork to transfer ownership.Lapin Motors ** was clean and well-organized, and I felt confident in the quality of the vehicles they had for sale.
