      Sells not good cars problems after purchases, and warranties arent worth it. Will not be returning as a customer

      purchased a 2017 used car on 9/7/23 at ******* Motors. I asked ******************** with ******** said it was legal and didn't it look cool. Test drove in bright sun of day and car drove well. for 10 min. ******** said only one key, but had a friend that could get another one. Was not financing vehicle so paperwork was to be expected. I returned to pick up car on 9/11/23. Handed them a check and started to drive back to ******. Adjustment to driving a new vehicle became more difficult as the night grew dark. The illegal tinting on all windows made driving very scary to see another vehicle, let a lone a person walking near road. I got home safely and took the car to a detail person that does window tinting, and he was shocked almost zero light transfer and said I should be thankful to have gotten home safely. I then took the car to the ****** ************ for inspection. They said they would not give me a ticket, but a warning because I already have an appointment to remove tinting.I then contacted the salesman at dealership, only to respond with you bought it, you should of mentioned it in the test drive, it is your problem now. I do not think the car is a lemon, but I certainly would of expected more knowledge of what is legal from the salesman. I have also found a few things that were not on the vehicle or not working on the vehicle again I was told"your problem" deal with it. You should of noticed prior to buying the car. Like driving a darkly tinted car in bright sun and again at night ! Buying a newer car was intended to be a fun adventure, I just didn't find it pleasurable.

      ****, thank you for bringing this issue to our attention.  We did not handle this in a professioal way.  I am sorry.  I appreciate the chance to make it right by paying for the tint to be removed and windows cleaned.  Have fun with your new vehicle.  I hope it takes you lots of cool places.  **** Freeman
