We would like to file a complaint against New Systems Laundry (NSL) for quality concerns which have not been resolved in the 60 days that we had to terminate our contract. NSL has delivered sheets to our business containing the following (see email chain with photos attached): stains from bodily fluids, blood stains, shoe prints and dirt, surgical cloths, gauze, medical tape, and other unrecognizable stains that should not appear on clean, white sheets.These issues have been consistent since working with NSL as our sheet delivery provider (see email chain attachments). NSL has claimed that all issues have been resolved, but all issues have not been resolved.Additionally, we have been charged for sheets that were never delivered. (Please see the attached email chains.) NSL also failed to notify us that their delivery driver was out of the office and that our sheets would not be able to be delivered on some occasions. We rely on our delivery of sheets to provide massages to patients who are already scheduled. We were still charged for missing deliveries with no resolution from NSL.We have stated multiple times that we would like to terminate our contract with New System Laundry with no penalties since our quality concerns have not been resolved. We have been told that all of our concerns have been addressed yet we are still having issues with their standard of quality and deliveries. At this point we feel we have no other choice than to report them for inappropriate business practices. We are hoping you could mediate on our behalf to terminate our relationship with New System Laundry due to breach of contract.Business response

I am rejecting this response because: We have not received official written confirmation from New Systems Laundry regarding termination of our contract. We want to verify that 1.) our contract will be terminated without penalty, and 2.) we receive official written confirmation of termination of our contract from New Systems Laundry.Additionally, our account was charged this week for services that were not provided, nor did we request.
