    I went to a flooring company to get a professional result, but it was just the opposite. I wouldn't give 1 star, but its the only way to do review. They sub work to inferior company. So many things went wrong. Installers didn't speak English which was hard. Put wrong flooring in bathroom, which I agreed to leave, but now they were short and had to order more, which added to time. Trimmed flooring on stairs 1 inch from edge of step. Never told me about it until all was laid. The communication with sub was very poor. Manager had to come and review and was able to approve fixes. There were some laminate tiles with flaws, not their fault, but after ordering more, twice, the new never fit where flawed tiles were. They had to redo entire floor. I wish i could list all the issues, but not enough room. Work was to be 1.5 weeks, went on for 3 months. It was so stressful. I cant recommend this company to anyone.

    They came out to assess and repair my shower floor. Within 48 hours, the grout was peeling off, leaving it looking horrible. I requested they come out to repair it, but its been months now with no response.
