  I hate my Brightside windows and regret the choice to buy them. They are ugly and poorly installed, especially compared with the Champion windows we had installed some years back. Despite the considerable expense, I am considering how quickly I can replace them. Some reasons why I hate them:1. The frames are HUGE and clunky, a full 1/2" more intrusive all the way around compared to my Champion windows with a similar energy performance ratings. This deprives my home of a LOT of light it was getting before.2. The caulk job they did on install is horrible, compared with my Champion windows, which are neatly trimmed. Brightside's work is sloppy, almost childish. 3. The windows were built small, and the installers had to fill huge gaps with spray foam. Some of these gaps were nearly 1" all the way around the whole opening.4. The installers cut out the existing window trim with an oscillating tool very quickly, and then they put the damaged trim boards back in place! It looks like someone took a chisel to my window trims, with irregular gaps and ugly holes. It's horrible and ugly, like everything else about these awful ************************* not use Brightside, and beware the other names they go by, too. These guys are bad news.

  We have CLEARLY POSTED SIGNS not to come to our door to solicit.Including that we consider it trespassing.Signs at the side of our porch steps AND ON THE ***** DOOR.Through a window, I saw this guy approaching, and went out a side door to go after him.He had already gone to the neighbor next to me, and I caught up to him to tell him we had clearly posted no soliciting, and DO NOT COME to our door.He said its his job.Then, he said do you want to talk to my manager?I said yes, and the manager was just as rude as the guy.And also said its his job.I said his job is breaking the law?At that point, the manager wanted to continue his grifter talk, and I walked away.We get too many of these shady people not respecting any of us living in this area.If these guys walk up to your door, don't open the door. (I did not, but made it my business to tell him off.)

  We recently had our windows replaced by Brightside. The sales associate was not pushy, but provided a ton of information and resolved any questions we had. 8 windows and 1 sliding glass door took them only 1 day to install. Their crew was quick, clean, and very good. Price was good, and the windows look great. Definitely recommend!

  My fianc and I are very happy with the experience of getting our new windows, as well as the windows themselves! They are beautiful, they will be easy to clean with how they can fold back inside, and we can both see and feel their high quality compared to the home's original windows from 2006 we had previously. We definitely notice a reduction in the noise coming in from outside. We have a two-story home and can feel that the temperature is more even between floors. The Brightside sales representative was friendly and informative and answered all our questions about the windows at the beginning of the process. We had to call Brightside at one point to resolve a financing issue and the person we spoke with helped us to quickly address the problem, so the customer service has been great. The installation team was fantastic and worked hard on the 28 windows on our home, which took two days to complete. They called to let us know when the parts for our windows were expected to be delivered, and then worked with us when the time came to pick days that worked for us for ********** complaints about our experience or the windows, it was all very smooth with great customer service. Would recommend checking out Brightside if you're due for new windows!

  Finding Brightside was an amazing feat of fate! We had just begun to think about the idea of looking into new windows due to drafts and noise pollution and the next thing we know a *** is at our door and Im so glad they were. From the moment they began talking about these windows I knew I wanted them! The triple pane, yes! The accessibility of moving them and being able to clean them, yes! The price, YES! The value of these windows cannot be beat! From sale to install to final walkthrough, the experience has been amazing. We had a contact for every single step of the process and were never confused or worried. The install was done quickly and effectively with techs would were beyond courteous and kind. And the finished product? Stunning!! When I first saw my new large picture windows, I honestly thought there was no window at all it was so clear. Our house has been warmer, quieter and fun to show off thanks to our new windows!

  Not happy wont use again I have used them for years last season must had some employee issues they took a chunk of my siding off and didnt even fess up I called and the owner never came out.

  Our house had its original 1966 wood-frame, single-pane windows. They were charming but drafty and cold. We had been thinking about replacing them when a door-to-door salesman (in this day and age?!) from Brightside came by. The salesman was knowledgeable, polite, low pressure and we were impressed with his demo. We checked out the online reviews and decided to commit. A week or so later a technician came to make detailed measurements for the factory. They told us it would likely be a couple of months before they were ready, and it was about 9 weeks. The installation crew was very professional. A crew of 4 expertly replaced 11 windows in one busy day. The windows themselves are great. Theyre triple-pane, warm, quiet, and match our home perfectly. We couldnt be happier. Thanks for a job well done!

  We recently replaced 17 old windows from the 1990s, including three sets of triple windows, with triple-pane windows from Brightside Windows. The new windows are much nicer and have noticeably improved the temperature regulation in our home. When comparing the old and new windows side by side, we could feel that the summer sun felt much cooler through the new ones. The hardware on the new windows also feels lighter and more open, giving the rooms a corresponding spacious and lighter feel. They come with useful features, like the ability to open from the top and flip downward on a hinge, which makes cleaning from the inside much more convenient. We also expect that we will benefit from some energy savings thanks to the improved insulation.We immediately noticed a significant decrease in road noise as well. A loud motorcycle that passes by each morning is now barely audible, and we hear much less chatter from pedestrians walking by.Customer service was friendly and responsive, though coordinating and scheduling the installation took some effort. Once everything was scheduled, the installation team did a solid job.Overall, were satisfied with the quality of both the windows and the service. Id recommend ********************** to anyone considering window upgrades.

  The whole experience is pleasant.
  The sales rep is friendly and professional. He suggested which windows to replace and didn’t try to up-sell me.
  The window installation was done in the promised time and the crew was friendly and respectful of our privacy and asked our permission before starting any work.
  Overall Brightside is beyond my expectations. Highly recommended.

  We live in a windy area in the hills of the ********* neighborhood of ********. Our living room has three large, single pane bay windows and two smaller storm windows. The living room was very cold despite the thermostat being set at 69 degrees. My husband often sat in the living room wearing a coat, hat and gloves.After Brightside windows were installed five triple pane windows in the living room on March 19, 2024, we experienced a big difference! The living room was very comfortable and even warm. Our heating bill decreased and my husband no longer wears his coat, gloves and hat. We also purchased Brightside windows for the entry way and a bedroom on the main floor of the house, numbering 10 windows total. All the windows are on the front side of the house, which gets the most wind. We have noticed that we are considerably warmer in all the areas now than we were before the triple pane windows were installed.Brightside windows are much more attractive than our previous windows were. They open easily and the screens keep all the ants and flies out of the house. The installers were efficient, removing the old windows and installing the new windows very quickly. They cleaned inside and outside before leaving. An inspector from Brightside came the following week to examine the job. He ordered small marks on the wood mantle of the windows, that were scratched, to be painted, which added to our appreciation and admiration of Brightside and our new windows.I would highly recommend Brightside for their beautiful windows, their efficient work and their thorough follow-up inspection.
