      I placed an order on November 22, 2022 (order# *****) and have still not received my order as of June 18th, 2023. I have attempted to reach out to the company multiple times through multiple means of communication (email and Instagram messenger) over the past 6 plus months and I have not received any response or updates on my order. My order was over $200 and I feel disgusted by the way this company is running their business; taking peoples money and then never following through with sending orders. Something needs to be done to remedy this situation or to shut the business down completely.

      I have made 3 orders with freetom, out of the 3 orders only received 1 order. After being told I would get my orders.... It says on their website after 6 months they would refund the money if you did not get your order.       Purchased product on May 11th. Almost immediately I got a notification that my order was "fulfilled" and that the product had been shipped. Never was provided with any tracking number. Total cost was about $107. I've been ripped off from this company before and received a refund after a very long time on another purchase about a year ago. I thought I'd give them another chance and I just got ripped off again. I've repeatedly attempted to contact them and never received a response. It's like they just hit the "fulfilled" button immediately when they saw my order and took the money never intending to truly send me anything. No tracking number. No response. Just ripped off.

      Received tracking info for an order I placed 5 months ago. Honestly I couldn’t believe it since all the company reviews say it’s a scam, but I tracked my items using the ***** number provided. Today it was marked as delivered, but I had not received. Called ***** and they said my tracking number belongs to someone else entirely. The company not only doesn’t respond to emails, doesn’t actually ship items, they’re now sending bogus tracking numbers. They need to be shut down.

      I placed an order on APRIL 17TH last year and still have yet to receive my order or a refund. I've contacted them several times with zero responses. I never received tracking either. I want either my order or my money back.

      I purchased a prosthetic that was on sale for minor defects from them on 04/16/2023 for $187.81. I got the shipping confirmation email that night, which lacked the tracking number promised on the site. It claimed the product was shipped using priority shipping, which would arrive in 1-3 days (by 04/20/2023). On 04/23/2023, I emailed their customer service address provided on the site regarding the missing product and tracking number, but did not receive a response. The site says that you can also message them on Instagram, but their profile appears inactive as of early 2022. I have still yet to get a response from them as of today (05/01/2023). I began searching online after getting suspicious and found numerous complaints of experiences exactly like this. I believe this company has been scamming customers since they changed management from the original founders around 2019. While I was lucky enough to have ordered one of the least expensive products on their site, many others are not so lucky. They are a disgusting scam taking advantage of a vulnerable community, causing not only financial but emotional distress. Someone needs to hold them accountable for the tens, if not hundreds, of thousands of dollar theyve robbed customers of over the past few years.

      On Nov 19 I placed an order for a product that was $196.05 from the merchant Freetom Prosthetics. I received and order number and then on the same day received an email that the item has shipped. However there was no tracking information included. I tried to reach out to the company via the email address located on the website and thru instagram messenger which they also suggested on the website. I still have not received a response. I have never received my product or a refund. I have disputed with my bank as well. Upon checking with BBB there is hundreds of people that too have been fooled by this company.

      Ordered on March 5th 2023 Got confirmation and shipping emails that day along with a charge to my card. Shipping email did not have a tracking number.Sent several follow up emails to three different emails listed on their website with no response.Tried messaging Instagram DMs as instructed on the site with no luck as it is not receiving new message requests.Tried calling phone number associated with credit card charge but the number is out of service.Just looking to see this website and payment method shut down as it seems to be happening to everyone and also a refund.

      I placed an order in December of 2021. The order initially showed as having a shipping label created shortly thereafter. That label was then replaced with a new label in February 2022. Ive heard it is a small company, so I waited according to their FAQ standards on their site. I trusted that I would get it, so I didnt follow up again until June 2022 using the email address published on the website at the time. When I still hadnt received my order by July 2022, I emailed them again. I did not receive a reply. I emailed again in November 2022 to the same email address and received no reply. Then I saw a new email address on the site and emailed them again. No reply. I emailed them this morning and sent them a message on Instagram because the site claims it is the best way to contact them, but the chat now says it doesnt accept messages from everyone. *** requested a refund over and over again and never receive a reply. The value is almost $200.
