    We have been with the Pure Property Management (formerly Fox Management) team for many years as an owner of several duplex rental properties in the *******, Oregon area. Being an out of State owner it is nice to have a local team of experts look after our real estate investment, taking care of local city inspections, repairs and upkeep to the properties. We would highly recommend this team to any owner looking for a professional property management company in the area.

    On 8/12/2024 I was approved for rental assistance, through Care Oregon, $1,679.95, for July 2024 and August 2024 back rent + late fees were added to my tenant Ledger 9/4/2024. I mailed a cashier's check for my portion of rent $788.00 on 9/4/2024 was added LATER onto the ledger 9/10/2024. I received a termination notice dated 9/9/2024. My online ledger and paper ledger does not add up and doesn't show I paid my rent on time dated 9/4/2024. The termination letter shows I owe $888.00 by 9/27/2024 the paper ledger doesn't show i paid my rent $788.00 9/4/2024 the paper ledger shows i owe $988.00 with a $100.00 late fee for September after I paid my rent and received rental assistance. I feel like this is pure discrimination with me being a homeforward client. The ledger online shows I owe $200.00 after everything was paid in full. I am currently a tenant / single mother of 3 who shouldn't go through this with Pure property Management. I have all my receipts. This company is very shady towards me. Honestly I owe nothing but October rent $788.00 Everything else has been paid in full and none of the dates and charges from pure property management adds up they are trying to Evict me and get extra money from me that I DO NOT owe. This is illegal what they're doing to me.
