    I have been working with **** since 2017. I had to leave ******** to take care of my aging mom in another state & and hired Green Keys to rent out & manage the property. Since then, she has taken care of everything for me. I know I can count on her, & that means more to me than anything since I can't be there to oversee the property myself. She has done a terrific job of keeping me informed of what's going on. She responds to my emails promptly. Every year, she's worked out the best way to price the rental according to market values, always seeking the best price she can as the market changes. She keeps immaculate records with a nice CMS that makes doing my end of the year taxes so easy & her rate is totally reasonable. For all of the above reasons, I could not recommend her or her company more highly.
