    I have been consistently harassed by a company going under the name of "RUSH Process Service, ***** I have had notices left on my door, threatened that if I did not answer that there would be consequences, etc.By doing research of my own, I searched the phone number left (**************) online instead of calling, as I am a security expert and did not want to get scammed potentially. Initially I believed it was a scam, so I have not responded to any of the threats or harassment that has come since 06/17/2024.Being the security expert that I am, I went through official channels to find out information about the company before writing this complaint. This business is violating many of the laws in place on the Federal level. Information cited from: ************************************ have been using deceptive tactics, by not disclosing who or what they are "delivering", but have also gone out of their way to tell me what the documents are through the door, without the consent of myself or the person they may be looking for. They have threatened and harassed me, which I have PTSD, so any unknown occurrences tend to make me extremely uneasy and unsafe.Lastly, after looking into their certification, they are not even legally allowed to serve any sort of paperwork, notarized or no in the county that I currently live in, which is *****************. Cited: ****************************************************************** I believe that this company is illegally doing business in *****************, as they have no records or certifications for this county. Plus they are also breaking numerous federal laws with the practices they are using. They are trying to scare people into accepting the paperwork, regardless of what it may be, causing who knows how much pain and anguish to any other folks who are probably worse off than myself.This is unacceptable, and I will seek legal action if it does not stop. They have also harassed my immediate neighbors as well.

    We are fully licensed to do business in the state of ****** and we are violating no federal laws, or any other laws. We are there to serve legal process and we are harassing nobody. We have not knocked on any of his neighbor's doors, not that we could'nt. Sometimes the people inside clearly not answering may be under the age of 18 and not comfortable answering the door, so we leave our phone number on the door. Instead of calling to find out what is being delivered this defendant is trying to avoid being served by cyber-bullying us. His maliciously libelous and tortious assertions are completely false. We realize people have mental challenges such as this defendant has professed and we try not to exacerbate them. Our job is to merely notify litigants of the pendency of an action, the same way the sheriff does. We will continue our efforts.

    I am rejecting this response because: I'm glad to hear that you are operating legally, that was my mistake and it was confirmed by legal counsel. Apologies for that, but everything else is true and I do not appreciate you not even investing any time in speaking with the people contracted to do the job for you. I am not "cyber-bullying" either I am pointing out the harassment and threats that have been made to myself. Which you should take seriously, I know you probably deal with extremely angry people all day long, but I am not one of those. I have medical certification for C-PTSD, as well as other disorders that do not concern you.

    You are being extremely defensive for someone that is just "doing their job". You ARE using deceptive tactics, and on a federal level, that is illegal. I know my rights, and I don't believe what you are doing and the way it is being done is justified.
