    Believe me, there will be more than *********** my review! NO STARS! NONE! I have been messing around with this ridiculous situation since 8/18/2023 when I was dumb enough to place an order for this collar that seemed to be the answer to my barking dog problem. Sent an email 9/1/23 asking about the status of my order. No response. Sent an email on 9/6/23. Got a response saying I must not be seeing their emails. Checked my junk, no emails from them. Apparently the collar was over sold due a stock inconsistency. That's fine, I get that. But how about we communicate this with our customers? They refund 25% of my payment with the expectation of still receiving the product. Email them on 9/22/23...at this point they have 75% of my money and I have 0% of the bark collar. I ask if there is any resolution in site. Response email from the same day...stock inconsistency. I was offered the option for a cancel and refund. I'm still holding out hope that I'd get this collar at this point. 10/9/23 I officially give up and request a refund of my remaining money. 10/10/23 response...no problem. Confirmation about the refund can be expected shortly. I did receive an email cancelling and refunding my remaining $22.47. This has yet to be received back into my account. Again, that was on 10/10/23. Kept an eye on my account and no refund. Sent an email on 11/6/23 and again on 11/7/23. I will continue to email them DAILY if necessary. I get that things can be over sold. I get that its hard to hire and keep good employees. They totally sucked me in with the 25% return of my payment. OK. So they are trying to make this good. That's great! **, no. Just want my refund and to be done with this mess and this horrible company. AGAIN, NO STARS GIVEN! 1 STAR FORCED!

    I have also ordered from this company, I've tried every avenue of reaching them. I'm going to try reaching my credit card company to see if the payment went through. This is frustrating that there are so many "fake" companies able to bilk people out of their money.

    Ordered Aug 17 2023. As of Sept 15 ****************** communication from BarkMute. Sent email inquiry and got an autoresponse with tracking info which was insulting. Obviously I know it hasn't shipped. I'm guessing I'm out of my money. Very disappointed.

    I ordered their no bark dog collar on August 21st,2023, and paid for two day delivery. Today, August 23rd, 2023 I sent them an email to ask them for an update/tracking number on my two day delivery order because I really needed it. Instead, I get an email today August 23rd, 2023, saying my order was cancelled and my money returned. This is very poor customer service which leads me to believe they never planned on sending me what I purchased on time or just can't. You would think they would reach out to me to explain and give me the option, right? No. This is the worst experience I've had in customer service. Beware!!!!!!!!

    My issue is with their customer care, which doesnt seem to care at all. I ordered a barkmute, they shipped it but it took too long to get to me. I never opened the item and emailed them for instructions on how to return. I finally got a response back after the second time I reached out since I knew the return window was small. I was finally emailed a return slip after I sent a photo of the package to them. The item was delivered on the 27th of February, then I inquired about the time frame for a refund twice, they never responded. Ultimately, I had to go to my card provider so they can handle this for me. Never again. If a site has too many 5 star reviews dont believe the hype.

    I ordered my collar on November 7,2022 and paid for 2 day shipping. It is November 15, 2022 and I am yet to receive a confirmation for my purchase. There is no tracking available yet either. On their web page it says that they have collars available so I do not understand why it is taking so long. I have sent emails and they dont reply. There is no other way to contact them. I wanted to cancel but there is no option to cancel order either. Such a horrible business. Do not buy from these people.

    I ordered 2 collars from Barkmute which were supposed to ship right away (within 24 hrs). They advised I would receive them in 2-7 days however they havent even been shipped yet and its been 2 weeks since my order was placed. I have sent multiple emails asking for a refund to my order since they havent been shipped and they will not respond. I want my money back and definitely do not recommend this company.

    You are correct I did email you on November 3rd twice actually and again on November 8. On November 3rd I asked to cancel my order and the response was the collars were out of stock and should be replenished within 2 business days. I sent a second email responding to your email advising I would like the order cancelled. My order was placed 10/31/22. I requested it to be cancelled twice on November 3 and again on November 8. Today is November 15 and you just now cancelled my order only after I filed a complaint on November 14. If that doesnt say anything I dont know what does.

    DO NOT BUY THIS BARK MUTE COLLAR. If there is a rating of 0, i would have picked 0!The product they sent me does not work. After charging and recharging, it would not even turn on.I echo the previous customer review. I had the same experience - i received no product and I pinged them, then I receive it, A DEFECTIVE product!I tried to contact them to send me a replacement and I have never got any response.I tried to dispute on my credit card, they simply told my credit card company that they are not issuing a refund.This is a fraud!!! They send you defective product, and they do not respond to your request. Then they simply ignores people. BE AWARE!!!I looked up their history and past reviews. This company completely sucks!!!

    I ordered and paid for this product on 9/25/2022 and it is 10/12/22 and after a text upon ordering and several attempts to contact them through their online ordering form, I still have received zero response from this company, specifically the order number, which you need to track any info about your order. If they would be transparent about their supply chain issues or their lack of employee support, or any other explanation, the dissatisfied customers, who have expressed their frustrations here, may be more sympathetic. Their own website claims a 3-5 day shipping turnaround, which obviously needs removed. I've perused this site, and it seems that until you file a complaint here, nothing is done about one's order. This is my attempt to have some communication from them.
