    Horrible!!! I paid $120 for a 35 (large) stuffed unicorn for my niece and for that price, Id have expected Pottery Barn level packaging and quality. It came crumpled into a tiny ball and taped into a circle -I thought it was a tiny throw pillow. The fur fell out all over my floor and it was all wrinkled and mis-shapen. Also, theres nothing about returns/exchanges on their website -that should have been a clue. DO NOT GIVE SOHO EMPORIUM YOUR MONEY!

    This company is plain and simply a : Rip you off company. I warn anyone not to do business with them. The mechandise is shoddy and they will not let you return faulty merchandise. You will pay a heavy price if trying to trade with them. I give them a Minus-5 star.

    I ordered a solar air conditioner that I seen on FB, but when I received the package it was a exhaust fan, not even enough power the cool a car.I asked for a refund and they refused it.I told them I had no use for this exhaust fan and would like to return it for a refund, they said they wont give me a refund.I will not do business with them again.

    No answer from this company on my order... showed me pictures of container ships... will be reporting to BBB and media... shouldn't get a star rating of one even
