    Ordered a lamp for $40, it wasnt what was advertised and isnt worth $5! He will not return emails and I havent received a refund. Its ran out of a meth house! SCAMMER!!

    I ordered a Christmas gift in early November and I barely received tracking number couple days ago that my item will be delivered between Jan ****. Im so angry that I will not have the gift for Christmas as they advertised. Item coming from *****. I am so disappointed. Do not waste your money.

    This site is a scam. Do not purchase any items. I regret not seeing reviews prior to submitting order for toy for my nephew. Money quickly taken from account followed one week later by delivery confirmation which never occurred. Phone number for CS out of service and website- a personal account. My complaint about non-delivery on day that was specified was answered with explanation that item went to incorrect address and once the tracking and courier service (gobbledygook explanation) was straightened out, package would be delivered. Now almost 10 weeks later- no package, no correspondence, no response to further inquiries.

    Should have come here before buying from Best Gift Shoppers...they are the worst! Paid for Halloween product on Oct. 3rd. Never received a notice about shipping so I sent inquiry on Oct. 14th, which prompted shipping at that time. It's now Nov. 1st...Halloween passed...and the product is still in *****. Looks like scam company. STAY AWAY!!

    I ordered a Halloween costume for my daughter in September - 3 weeks later, order still hadnt shipped, so I emailed the company. They apologized and said there was a technical mix-up and they would have the order out ASAP. 1 week later (and now 2 weeks from Halloween), order still had not shipped. I emailed them again, and they said they would ship the order out. I told them to cancel the order and refund me the money. I still have not received the refund and am now scrambling for a Halloween costume. DO NOT order from this company. At worst it is a scam, at best they are completely incompetent.

    They are a total rip off! I bought a costume from them and I have the receipt and everything that my card was definitely charged, and Ive been waiting for it to come but nothing, so I decided to investigate and I checked my email and I received an email apparently from them saying that I still have something in my shopping cart that I didnt finish checking out all the way which is baloney because the transaction went through. I have the receipt from my bank and shows that they charge my card what a scam and in the email it says contact us but theres no link to it it does you push it in theres nothing there it goes to nowhere, so theres like not even a way to contact them. I wouldnt even give them one star, but I had to in order to write this review do not order anything from them.

    Ordered a unicorn stuffed animal that lights up and never received it. Didnt get a call back and cant get in touch. ***** daughter will be disappointed that the item she picked out was from a fraudulent company. Buyer beware ??

    Ordered an item several weeks ago and it never arrived. The phone number and email they provide under contact us: DO NOT WORK! No one answers the phone and the email is not legit! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!
