Seller advised of return policy to ** warehouse address:eCommerce Marketing OU ************************************************************************************* *****************/1/21: Attempted to return item, advised by *** shipping office $200+ for return to ******* 11/1/21: Contacted seller who declined refund, but offered "exchange" for different product Pursuant to the above, I purchased this product for my 2020 Indian motorcycle. I took the horn to my Indian dealership for installation (would need access to stock horn's electrical system via use of relay). Neither the relay, nor required wiring provided with Motohorn product. Due to nationwide shortages, relay unavailable at the dealership. ALSO, based upon my model of motorcycle, dealership would need to splice into wires which neither they nor I am willing to do on a NEW motorcycle.Website offers "photos" of installations, but specific instructions (e.g., incompatibility issues) are not received until AFTER purchase.All of the above explained to Motohorn via lengthy email; including the fact that the cost to return the item is more than the item itself. Motohorn referred back to their return policy (e.g., customer's cost). I explained that their return policy on their website is ****** broad and does NOT indicate a return to *******, specifically. Their website mentions returns to the "**," but one only finds out the EXACT location AFTER contacting their customer service, AFTER purchase.They indicated they can't accept my return within U.S., but were willing to "exchange" the horn for a different style of horn, which would "avoid a return." I explained that I believe an exchange, somehow, would NOT cost $200. I further explained that THEY have still made their profit, while I'm now out of $89 and have a product I can't use.
