    To have so many customers complain about their items not being received, it tells you something. There is no way all these items can be lost in transit. Im positive this company is blaming the carrier for their mistakes. Although ** getting quick responses back regarding my item, it doesnt fix anything. My gift was never delivered. To offer me a replacement for something that is for Christmas, makes no sense. If I accept this replacement, that just means I have to wait another 2-3 weeks for it. Whats the point then? I should have believed the reviews. Huge disappointment. Now lets see if I can even get a **** refund

    So it seams like Trending Custom should be investigated by the appropriate agency, maybe the ************************** It seems as though this company has a problem with customer service and deliveries. I have read through some of the comments and see that everyone has just about the same complaints. Mine is similar. I order a custom poster on Dec 13th for Christmas. It was supposed to be a gift fir my wife. I guess I should have done some research first, because I never would have ordered from this company. So I ordered the custom post Dec 13th, here it is December 24th and just received email back from company that it will NOT be here for Christmas. They said I ordered past the cutoff for Christmas, yet I check the shipping method and it says expedited, hmm. I emailed the company back and told them when I ordered it there was nothing mentioned about a cutoff for Christmas and that had I know I would NOT HAVE ordered it. Plus they don't allow you to select another shipping speed. Now I'm waiting for the EXCUSE like other reviews here, that it's lost in the mail. People, I am a retired police officer please listen to the reviews, please don't be scammed like the test of these people and don't let the fake 5 star reviews, (obviously by someone in their company or put up to it), fool you. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! This company deserves ZERO STARS. Now everyone who was scammed take to social media and make it viral to help protect others

    I ordered something which has obviously been lost in the mail. I contacted customer support and continue to receive generic email responses advising me to either contact *** or **** with the same tracking number. The tracking number shows that my items has not "moved" for the last 7 days. I have contacted *** and ****....both confirmed my item was lost. I have repeatedly shared this information to customer support and requested a refund and/or have a replacement item shipped to me. I still only get a response advising me to watch my tracking number and that there are delays due to the holiday season. (huh? delays...*** confirmed the item is LOST). The responses from customer service clearly show they are not reading my emails and don't care. Why would you advise a customer to continue to waiting when the shipping ******* as said that they lost the item??

    This is a generic response that the business has sent to many other customers. I have already confirmed with the shipping carrier that the item was in fact LOST. But Trending Custom just continues to send me an email every few days saying "rest assure" your item is still on its way and provides the same tracking # which shows the item has not moved since Dec 16th.

    I do like the ornament. I just received it yesterday, and I entered a name wrong and will be reaching out to see if it can be returned and get a new one. I do have to add that for the price I paid, $50 something for 2 ornaments, they are cheaply made. They are faded, you think it would have a gloss finish to them. Not extremely happy with the product for the price.

    One star for customer service. No phone number so you have to email and wait for days for a response. Then if you have a follow up questions you again wait for days to get another response. Very frustrating.

    Trending Customs is one of the best sites I found which personalize items. I ordered 2 grandparent ornaments and I actually made a mistake with the spelling of a nickname, and I STILL received my order on-time for Christmas. I would definitely recommend this company!!

    I ordered three custom Christmas ornaments (names and likeness) for our sons/daughter's-in-law, and for my husband. Buyer beware - they look terrible!! So cheap and blurry and faded and very tiny. I am so disappointed. I have emailed to request a refund. I do not want any items from this company. They should be ashamed of themselves. Now we have to find something else this close to Christmas. Please do the right thing and refund my money.

    The issue has not been resolved, I have not received confirmation of a refund. The long-winded reply here is just the runaround. Don't let them fool you. They have an F rating and hundreds of negative comments, which speaks for itself.

    I ordered two personalized shirts, one I asked that the wording be changed and was so excited when I was told that they could do it. But I also asked if I ordered the s sweatshirts would they be here by the 9th to wear to a Christmas party. I asked several times, because I would be wasting almost 80 dollars if so, I knew they would have to change the shirt, so I wanted to make sure before I preceded. They said yes, between the 2 and the 8th. A few days before it would have had to ship out they sent me a message saying there was a delay on the two sweatshirts due to out of stocks. I asked again, if it was going to be late, to cancel, so that I would not be running around on the 8th looking for something to replace it. I also asked if it arrived after the 9th could I get a refund, because I would have no use for the shirts. They kept telling me to hold on it would only be a few more days, on the 2nd they created a label but it was mailed after the weekend and mailed on the 5th, they said they would do everything to get it here in time, that would mean a rush, but instead it was sent regular priority from Cali to ******* and in December. Its the 12th and I just got something saying it would be here on the 13th. They offered me a 20% discount and a coupon for a future purchase which will never happen. I usually dont complain, its just that I went over and over asking if it would be here, and was told over and over it would be. I would have preferred they offered to cancel it, instead of me waiting on a $80 purchase for a Christmas shirts that will never be wornespecially my husband. I think I would have been satisfied if they had just refunded my husbands shirt.

    It could only be explained if I included every single email that went on during the whole transaction. I am just saying if anyone is in a rush for something this may not be the company. Patience only last so long, and I was wayyyyy past that point

    One of the worst experiences of my life. Ordered two ornaments and was lost in transit. Was told numerous times by trending customs it would ship even after I talked with both the post office and *** and they said it had been stuck. One ornament got sent while the other was lost. Then customer service said to wait for the other one which I knew was lost and they finally said oh its lost we are sorry. Second one still has not arrived and no tracking Information has been updated and I have asked numerous times. This is not how you do business and take care of your customers.

    I ordered a Christmas Ornament and it looks like it came from the dollar store. I'm so disappointed. I contacted support and they refuse to give me a refund. They have great fake reviews on their website because they don't allow you to post a review on their site. They just show the fake reviews which are all good.
